Excellent facilities throughout, immaculately clean & host was super friendly. This place is an absolute gem of a property.

Beautiful, character apar**ent. Luxurious, cosy and festive decoration. Generous additions, croissants, mince pies, tea, coffee, milk, filtered water etc. Very comfortable, warm and very peaceful. Easy to reach Lincoln. Friendly owner welcome. I think this is one of the best places we have stayed, would return again if possible.

we have just returned from a 2 night stay in apar**ent 4 and it was a fabulous place to stay, we will be returning to the area again and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Such a warm welcome from Neil and such a beautiful, comfortable home.

This is a beautiful place to stay. A lovely mix of old and new in the decorations. Extremely well resourced for cooking and comfort. The reclining leather lounges were such a bonus. The outlook into the gardens is very pretty and such a quiet environment in which to relax for a few days. We would highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay in the ground floor apar**ent. Situated in beautiful grounds, the apar**ent is spacious and we liked our private garden. It was very well appointed and had everything we needed. The host was friendly and was kind to leave us a welcome pack of goodies which was much appreciated and enjoyed. The apar**ent is in a quiet location and is only about 20-30 mins walk into Lincoln

The Apar**ent was large beautifully decorated and in superb condition. It really was a home from home. The gardens were exceptionally well maintained and designed. I could quite easily live there.

We visit Lincoln a couple of times a year and have always struggled to find a decent place to stay. Well we have found it and this is more than decent! This is 5 star! The apar**ent was so beautifully designed and everything was top quality. It was immaculately clean and all the extra touches were so appreciated. The bed and bedding were just so comfortable, so much so I admit we looked the label of the sheets to see where we could buy them! It was also so quiet and peaceful, we slept so well. Neil was a lovely guy and communicated impeccably before hand and during our stay, even to the extend of telling us about the history of the place and showing us round the building and some of the other apar**ents which were all equally fantastic. He left extra touches of flowers, tea, coffee, milk, croissants with butter and a selections of jams and crisps. All very much appreciated. If you are visiting Lincoln I would 100% recommend these apar**ents. We will be back for sure and look forward to it x

This was our second visit to the Dower House Apar**ents. Everything was spot on from the moment I booked direct with the owner Neil. The accommodation was reassuring great as it was on our first visit. We appreciated the extra touches of fresh flowers, croissants and cake. Ideally located to visit Lincoln and tour around. Peaceful location with stunning views of Lincoln and the gardens. We would highly recommend The Dower House Apar**ents.

I stayed for five nights in Apar**ent 3 in connection with a visit to Lincoln. Bottom line: this is one of the best accommodations I have ever had in any country in which I have traveled. Although the Dower House is located in a very quiet and lovely village (Canwick), it is less than 5 minutes from the center of Lincoln by car. Apar**ent 3 had a large, well-equipped kitchen, an extremely comfortable lounge, a very comfortable bed in a spacious bedroom with tons of closet space/drawers, and a toilet that was large and spotless. There is not one thing I can think to suggest to improve it. The owner, Neil, has given careful thought to everyhing. He lives at the property and makes it clear that he wil do anything to make sure you have a great stay. There is plenty of parking provided on the grounds. There is a lovely garden. You could not possible ask for a better place. It gets a 10/10 in my book!
