Very limited continental breakfast, room heating and air did not feel clean

It was very quiet, comfortable and clean. I have no complaints. The bed was comfortable, tv was big, staff was very nice.

While booking online you see pictures of the place and I could picture the place having grown up in Lincoln. To me, it had everything we like (breakfast, pool, hot tub). We went to a NE basketball game and returned around 10:30 so we opted to have some pool time in the morning. Unfortunately they had drained the hot tub. While the hotel is a bit older we were pleasantly suprised with a lovely room. I was most impressed that they allow dogs but there was no "funky smells". For the price it was a great stay all in all.

Very helpful, thoughtful, and friendly staff in a call a few hours before arrival to arrange for a disabled couple next to an elevator. Same for staff as checking in and checking out.
Only concern I would mention is though the tub had a rough finish on tthe bottom better traction grippers are needed in the bottom of the tube. It was very slippery getting down in and out of the tub. Thankfully the tub wall had a grab bar that aided in getting in and out of the tub.
Enjoyed our weekend stay in this Lincoln NE site and would select it again as well as highly recommend it to others.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. I chose an accessible room because of my bad back and knee. The tub was very difficult to step in and out of. It was as high as a regular tub. I was thankful for all the grab bars!

I had a great experience staying here, but I need to remember to check or unplug alarm clock. Someone had alarm set to go off at 5 a.m. I couldnt get TV or microwave to work until I unplugged and replugged back into the wall plug in. Very friendly staff and a quiet stay.

Although our stay was for only one night, we're glad that was all. The place was clean, but clean doesn't always mean functional. The shower head leaked, the toilet bowl had a float issue so about every 5 mins the toilet semi-flushed itself. The bed was probably the lumpiest and hardest bed I have ever tried to sleep on. Not a good night sleep at all. The people above us sounded like soldiers marching around. Breakfast bar, not the worst but not the best by far. Staff was always helpful, just not the best maintenance/up-keep.

We had the nicest greeting as we arrived after a long day of driving on icy roads. The property is easy to find, quiet, and parking is right outside the door. Our room is very clean and spacious. Glad we stopped here for the night.
