Clean hotel. Affordable. Nice sized rooms too. Check-in experience could have been better/more efficient. Overall, a good experience. Would recommend.

Whenever I come to Lincoln I always stay at Comfort Inn & Suites it's always been a delight excellent staff and service rooms are always clean.

We had a great weekend! The hotel is ready for updating but our room was clean and the attached restaurant, Villa Amore, was outstanding! We ate there three times during our stay as the temperature outside was below zero.
The front desk staff were friendly and check in was smooth.
Breakfast was very good. The lady taking care of it was so friendly and kept everything stocked and the surfaces wiped and neat.
It was a great get-a-way on a snowy, bitter cold weekend!

The bed not very comfortable the shower had some hair in general the rest of the room was clean the hotel is a little old needs a remodeling the excellent breakfast and the lady of the kitchen Always aware of having everything clean very good service in the breakfast area. The hotel is fine for a short time.

The parking lot had multiple junk cars with flat tires that had obviously not been moved in some time.. The hot tub was out of order the entire time. Pillows and bedding were inadequate.

I've stayed here plenty of times and every time I've stayed there the rooms were spotless. Staff was wonderful and location is quite convenient.

First room rip in carpet near sink & bathroom second room beds were uncomfortable & heater blew knocking the wands for the blackout curtains no service entire 3 night service & it was noisy all 3 nights…
