This would have been a 5 star stay but between the people yelling in the hallway, the yelling and sounds from the room above us and someone trying to open our motel room door at night I just can't rate it any higher. It was a very short night of sleep. The motel itself is nice, it is clean, and the service is great.

Room was dirty. Pile of hair in bathroom. Hairs in the tub. Booger on the wall by the bed. Blood on the sheets. A floss stick on the floor by the bed. Just terrible cleaning job

The hotel privided what it was intended for for a quick family getaway.
Hotel is showing age wirh wear and tear. Under the head of the bed, it was obvious the vacuum couldn't reach with the dust and gummy candies from a prior guest. The hallway was congested with packages and garbage.
The attendent behind front desk had obviosly partook in mood altering substances and the aroma of the front desk area hightened this suspicion.
The lady managing the breakfast in the AM was extremely helpful and friendly. She gave me hope for the facility.

Clean hotel. Affordable. Nice sized rooms too. Check-in experience could have been better/more efficient. Overall, a good experience. Would recommend.

Whenever I come to Lincoln I always stay at Comfort Inn & Suites it's always been a delight excellent staff and service rooms are always clean.

We had a great weekend! The hotel is ready for updating but our room was clean and the attached restaurant, Villa Amore, was outstanding! We ate there three times during our stay as the temperature outside was below zero.
The front desk staff were friendly and check in was smooth.
Breakfast was very good. The lady taking care of it was so friendly and kept everything stocked and the surfaces wiped and neat.
It was a great get-a-way on a snowy, bitter cold weekend!

The bed not very comfortable the shower had some hair in general the rest of the room was clean the hotel is a little old needs a remodeling the excellent breakfast and the lady of the kitchen Always aware of having everything clean very good service in the breakfast area. The hotel is fine for a short time.
