Check in was quick and easy- staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and spacious. I would stay here again.

I did not care for the extra $ that you had to pay to check in early. It was Chris**as Eve. It was 2pm and check in was 3pm and it was snowing. The lady behind the desk was so pleasant though, and I paid it. Would not do that again had it not been Chris**as.

Had issue with thermostat in original room. Was moved to a new room promptly. Had a great stay!

The toilet in our room had a squeeling problem because it didn't seal. Not just a little squeel, a very loud squeel. It would quit for awhile after we flushed it and then start again. We did inform the front desk to let maintenance know. The guy that checked us in wasn't friendly at all. He could smile a little.
