Very clean and comfortable room. The bed pillows were square shape instead of typical rectangle, but still were comfortable and slept well. Included breakfast was good with lots of options.

Room was clean and in good condition but the bed was not very firm so I was uncomfortable and the walls were thin so we could hear the entire conversation of those in the next room.

Would have given five stars, but they charged me a $50 convenience fee upon checkin. Not a fan of pre charging for a service that I do not use.

The staff was great. They went above and beyond... for example they had a bag with 2 bottles of water for you to take on the road. They also had a breakfast bag to take on the road. This was what Hampton used to provide, but is not done now. I will stay there again.

The front desk receptionist was very friendly, courteous, and professional. We had an issue with our Room and she fixed it quickly.

Cool air, hot water, good water pressure, comfortable bed, good parking (we had a truck and trailer).
Toilet made a loud whistling noise, sometimes.
Dog barking in next room.

The service was excellent. On the day we checked out, I needed to create 2 flower arrangements for family grave sites in the area. Angela, at the front desk, was super in accommodating my special needs to do this, even though we were already officially checked out.

We stayed for 1 night. Thunderstorms were happening when I woke up around 3am. I was wet in 2 different spots in bed from a leak happening in the ceiling. My husband went downstairs and the front desk said the only thing they could do is move us to a room across the hall. We had our 2 yr and 7 yr olds when us. We had a king suite with a pull out couch and moved to a double queen bedroom. The front desk let us keep our belongings in our original room and gave us keys to across the hall. The beds in that room felt damp and sticky. It really made it hard to go back to sleep after the ceiling leaks and moving to the room with damp sticky bedding. All of the staff were super friendly and hospitable, and the breakfast buffet options were great. It’s just a shame to have had those 2 mishaps happen.
