I didn't like that Expedia's description of the property's amenities didn't match my experience at the property. ******* listed the hotel as having an indoor pool and the hotel's pool was out of service (it was empty with no signage as to why).

The air conditioner in my room was so noisy. I could not sleep until 3 am. One of the two elevators was broken as well.

The hotel staff was polite and friendly. The cleaning staff was awful. The breakfast was inedible. The rooms need new carpet. The fire alarm rang several times.

Check in was fast and room was clean as seen on their site. Staff at the front desk were friendly and the shuttle was on time.

Didn’t like the fact that there was no hand soap and no remote for the television. When I called the front desk they asked me to come get these items instead of bringing them to the room. Also, there was an adjoining room and the people in the next room were loud very loud.

I didn't like the fact that there were 2 elavators but only 1 work. Very inconvenient. Hopefully that'll be fixed in the near future. Outside of that, ALL GOOD!

One of the guests arrived 30 minutes prior to 3 PM, the advertised check-in time. The front desk checked them in, but never informed them about a $15 early check in fee. At checkout, we explained the situation and had we known about the charge, we would have waited 30 minutes to check in. They were inflexible, never apologized and would not remove the charge. Never supporting this brand again!

The actual stay was fine, but the pickup from the airport by the shuttle service was horrible. We were told to go outside in freezing temperatures and wait for the shuttle with no indication of when it would come. After a phone call, we were then told 10-15 minutes. After 25 minutes the front desk told us that the driver was on his way and would be there any minute. After 40 minutes the front desk told us they were talking to the driver and to just continue waiting. We finally jumped in with another hotel shuttle and found our way to the Hyatt to see the driver just sitting in front of the hotel in view of the front desk.

The latch on the door of my hotel room was almost broken off while i was gone,the ice machine ain’t work,and we couldn’t use the ice machine
