Dom Hotel

Where do I start...? Location is good, but I was here for business and my company put me up in this hotel. The hotel is clean, staff are friendly but shy but i had some issues with my stay I Don't know where it gets its 4 Stars from. Its a 2 and a half maybe a 3 Star. -Breakfast was very basic, but okay I guess. -Wifi is the worst. don't even bother trying to connect to it. I think would be better that they didn't offer it as to offering it with a poor connection. you can't send and receive emails, no youtube, forget netflix. -Room is small but okay. Bed is hard. No mini fridge, Bathroom was nice but the shower had no curtain or door so the whole room would get soaked when I showered. - Did i mention the wifi!? REALLY SUCKS

Non distante dal centro, pochi minuti a piedi, abbastanza anonimo come struttura all'interno di altre simili, buon parcheggio nel cortile interno, camera e bagno sufficiente per un soggiorno di alcuni giorni o più; insufficiente invece la gestione del cliente, siamo arrivati al punto che, forse siamo rimasti gli unici clienti, mi hanno telefonato per dirmi che probabilmente la sera non avrei trovato nessuno in reception ma che avrei trovato la chiave della stanza in un certo posto del bancone della reception (?!?); mi ha stupito molto ma è comunque andato tutto bene.

J‘ai passé une nuit et préféré changer d’hôtel pour les deux nuits suivantes à Linz . On est pas sur Un 4 étoiles . Un 3 peux être . Je déplore le manque d’insonorisation:on entends les voisins de chambres . Le couloir est étroit et on entend non seulement les chambres à côté mais en face … le petit déjeuner est très moyen .

Netter Service, wir wurden äußerst herzlich begrüßt und betreut. Das WLAN und der Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer funktionierten allerdings nicht. Vieles sieht abgewohnt aus, auch wenn das Bad schon renoviert wurde. Einen Safe hatte das Zimmer nicht.
