The staff is friendly and attentive. Excellent breakfast included with our stay. Lovely view from the terrace. Nice location. Would recommend & visit again.

Beautiful facility well kept exactly as the pictures on line excellent service from arranged pick up at airport in private secure vehicle to same level of transportation at end of stay.

Great property in the heart of Alfama. Friendly staff, great food and beverages. We got a room with a terrace and walked out to what is probably the best view in the city. A little tight driving to get down the alleyway to the hotel, but the staff found us a free spot for our early departure. You really have to stay here. I can't do the view justice - just spectacular.

It was ok - rooms are tiny given the price I was expecting at least a descent sized room. If we had any luggage aside from a carry on then we would have had issues getting it into the room. Bar staff were so slow and when we asked for help with the umbrella after waiting 20 mins we just did it ourselves. Def not premium service.

A really lovely modern boutique hotel.
It's rooftop tapas bar is very special and overlooks the old City and the cruise port.
Staff were great, public areas and rooms are new and kept in pristine condition.
It's also very quiet despite its location, which is a 10 minute walk to the best parts of the City for dining and shopping.
We recommend this delightful hotel wholeheartedly.
