Updates definitely need to be made to this hotel. I was in town for a conference and I expected more for what I had to pay. My room had no fridge, no microwave, and no phone cable plugs. The elevators were very slow and when I arrived, the middle of May, there was no water in the pool. They eventually filled it up the day before I left. The staff was very nice and helpful though.

Bed was terribly uncomfortable. Hard as a rock. Air conditioner would not work. I was told that someone could come look at 6:30am. Well, in the middle of the night that’s not really good news. I went and got a Walmart fan to help.

I loved everything about the hotel. Only thing i wish they would had was a refrigerator & a microwave to where we could have warmed up our food that we had brought.

Rooms are dated, everything is worn out. Matress was lumpy. Restaurant has limited hours and the food is average and over priced. Elevators are slow.

Was okay to stay for quick trip. No microwave or fridge in room. Loud at night when people shut doors it made our door shake loud.

I usually do not leave reviews but felt compelled this time due to one staff member, Alon. Alon went far and beyond to assure my stay was great. She was very accommodating, as it related to the needs of my family. She even went as far as suggesting a place to dine for the evening. The place she recommended was great!!!!! More staff like Alon will continue to bring customers back to the Little Rock, AR location.
