Dream Apartments Liverpool

Really clean and spacious apartments centrally located in Liverpool at very reasonable rates. Staff are always happy to help. This is our second stay and we have booked to come back as the location is great for whatever you want to do and see in Liverpool

I booked 4 rooms for my daughters Hen Do. I was concerned when I read previous reviews but I was very pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms clean and serviceable, linen and bedding very clean. and in an excellent location. Nothing was too much trouble for team. For the price I would definitely recommend these apartments

Would not recommend this hotel. For a start the pictures of the location (old style corner building) is not where the apartments are located they are in silk house court. The staff are extremely unprofessional, swearing about other customers & acting very strangely. When you arrive you are asked to produce a £100 deposit which returns after 10 days as long as there is no damage (which isn’t communicated prior to arrival). The actual room is fine decor wise however we booked a 3 person apartment but we’re told we had 2 separate rooms so someone would have to stay on there own. We explained we are on a girls trip and one of us isn’t staying alone so we were told to all just go in one room which was for 2 people meaning 3 of us had to share 1 double bed… no apology for this either. The room was filthy, there was other people’s hair and dirt left on the window sills etc. From start to finish this place was a NIGHTMARE!!!

Avoid at all costs! We left our room in immaculate order and they refused to give back our security deposit. We are taking legal action and have asked for photographic evidence of what they complained off which was ‘soiled sheets’ We were a group of four and all of us tidied and cleaned the room on departure. We also absolutely did not soil any sheets. They have failed to provide us with evidence. Furthermore, the deposit was for damages- not cleaning fees. I rent out an Air BnB property myself and have done for many years and have not once kept a deposit if the house was left in the same condition. Cleaning sheets is a basic requirement and absolutely does not cost £100. We are disgusted and upset. The room itself was a major let down. The facilities are basic. We might also add that the room was dirty when we arrived and we found dust coating every surface. Avoid and DO NOT BOOK.

This apartment is horrible. Nothing works and is horrendously filthy. Everything is broken in this apartment. Further more they charge you 100pounds deposit and you will never ever get it back! This place is a SCAM from the pictures to your accommodation!!! Stay very far away from this place!

Apartment booked was not what we got! We booked a 2 bed apartment for 4 adults celebrating a birthday weekend. We got given a room with double bed and trundle bed. Not even enough beds for us all! First night they didn’t provide anywhere for fourth person to sleep so they had to curl up on a small 2 seater couch to sleep. They so kindly gave us extra bedding! Day two….visited reception 8.30am, no resolution. 4.30pm still no 4th bed, returned from our bookings at 10pm to find a dirty mattress and trundle propped up outside apartment. We had to make our own bed. Still awaiting return email from management. They don’t se to give a s*#t once they’ve got your money so avoid booking here. Better go premiere inn!

Anne Marie was bloody amazing can’t fault her customer service at all. So polite and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay at the apartments. It was our first time going to Liverpool and won’t be our last, we will definitely be returning to dream apartments. All other staff on the desk where amazing as-well can’t fault anything about our stay. .

Arrived to the hotel that looks nothing like the photos. Sink was all cracked, mirror cracked from corner, door handle hanging off, bag of ***** found when went looking for a plug. Checked in and out within 30 minutes, showed photographs and after getting the run around for a day regarding refund eventually got when went back in and never left until we received it. Stayed elsewhere for the weekend. It appears to have had a refurb around a year ago and this is where the photographs are from but it appears to have been trashed since then. Do not book to stay here. Staff on reception were really polite and understanding.

Whist the location and the cleanliness of the apartments are great, I would not recommend staying here. During our weekend stay, we had no hot water and despite the hotel claiming to have a 24 hour reception, they answered the phone only once during this time. The hotel sent a security officer to check the water and he confirmed it wasn’t working but I would need to call back reception, unfortunately there was no answer at reception again. I emailed the apartments during and following my stay and most messages were ignored. When I finally got a response, 4 weeks after my stay, they made up an account and advice they had given me which never happened. I am appalled by the customer service and the lack of hot water which is a basic necessity. DO NOT STAY HERE
