Frames Hotel

Had a great stay. Nicely decorated, very comfy beds with good quality bedding. Breakfast was lovely and generally an excellent place to stay. Close to Anfield and taxi to town approx £8. Highly recommend

Close to both football grounds, was a great location to walk to Anfield. Food was good and managed lunch before kick off then a short walk to watch the game. Room was comfortable for a double and very clean. Way better than a premier Inn and same price..I'd consider this if you're in the anfield area or north Liverpool. Can get to the city pretty quickly loads of busses or cabs 10 mins to town.

Had a great stay everything new and fresh ! Quiet rooms with lots of space We ate in the trendy bar which served good pub grub. The staff were friendly and attentive. Plenty of on street parking and not far from the city centre. So good we’re staying again this weekend as our grandson is playing a tournament at the football ground

Nothing good about this so-called hotel. we booked 4 rooms for us and friends . we received 2 rooms with no window!! and 2 rooms with windows facing the side walk with happy and very noisy guests who were celebrating in the adjacent pub all night long. In the room stand a wide column blocking the way to climb the bad. The towels were tiny and smelly. Hot water was ok. don't come near this hotel.

Don’t even know we’re to start with this, gangs inside and outside of the bar clearly dealing and taking illegal substances, the reception seemed to be a gossiping point for both guest and staff, very unprofessional if I must say, the manager weren’t so polite nevermind the guest having a run of the place. The cleaning was mediocre, damp in my room, carpets looked like they’ve not been hoovered for a few days, shower holes clogged with hair and not such a nice smell lingering and I had to ask if my bedding could be changed nevermind the the non existent sun light with the lack of windows. In a place like Liverpool were there is plenty of places to stay I wouldn’t choose to stay here again, a hostel would be better choice! Oh and not to mention I was requested a king bed but it seemed to be on the smaller side of a double

First of all we were giving a room where the radiator didn't work and no window, then moved to another which was a bit better, Was Told we can go in bar next door, but there was gang's hanging around and felt very uneasy, reception was full of people just gossiping and standing around talking, people running up and down corridors early hrs, would not book again

Firstly, Rachel ( manager) was very friendly and helpful , the rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable . What let this ‘hotel’ down was that there were no windows in the rooms and the room became very hot , no way of cooling it down. In the description of the hotel it says you can have breakfast in the bar next door or in your room. There was a very nice menu in the room but we were told that they weren’t doing this anymore It’s so we had to travel into Anfield( 10 min drive) to get breakfast. Lastly, our room was next to the bar , very very loud music was played until very late , every time the adjoining door was opened it banged against the wall. We could not hear our TV at all. I rang rd rotini to ask when it would stop and after 3 attempts to get someone they told me ‘ it’s not late it should finish soon!!’ It was late 11.30 but when you are lying on your bed not able to listen to the tv it’s a long night. We eventually went to sleep but there were drunk people and kids running up and down the corridor until the early hours and one of them set off the fire alarms at 12.45 . There was a notice in our room saying that 10pm was quiet time , well that should work both ways So hot rooms, no air, no sleep, no food, not a very enjoyable stay .

Booked our room last year only to have our room cancelled due to maintenance yet the rooms are up for 3 times the price on their website.Do not ever stay here as they will not even answer the phone and will cancel your room on a daily basis.Now I'm stuck with 2 tickets for the national but can't go .what a joke.

Like the other review. I booked a room here 11 months ago to be told two weeks before The Grand National that they were carrying out repairs! Rooms advertised at 3 times what we had paid. *********** said the hotel should find us alternative accommodation but the hotel said *********** would do that.
