La recepción fue decepcionante! Cero ayuda. Cero amabilidad, cero empatía. Buscaba una habitación sola para una noche y ni un poco de ayuda. Miró su computadora y me dijo que no tenían más habitaciones. Acto seguido salgo afuera del hotel y termino la reserva por la web.
