Amazing holiday. Firstly the staff were so helpful, polite, funny- every day we laughed with them. Nothing was too much trouble. The admin staff also very helpful and organised things for us. The cleaning team were friendly and did a really good job. Secondly the facilities were great. Pool , lovely although a bit cold, but was good to help cool down. We would love to come again. The food was exquisite! Such lovely areas to eat, the terrace for breakfast, the poolside restaurant and main restaurant were all wonderful places to eat. We met a couple who were on their thirteenth visit to Pula Suites. A real recommendation .

Good to know my reviews are read! We met a lovely couple who, when I mentioned this was our thirteenth visit, commented that they chose Pula Suites when they read my last review! They wanted to see why anyone would return so many times; they quickly realised and were very pleased they chose this wonderful retreat! So yes, our thirteenth time and what thrills us more than anything is the quality of the team, plus the fact that we’ve known many of them for all this time and they treat us almost as family! As with all businesses, there will be a few changes in staff, however at least twelve restaurant / bar and reception people remained from previous years and it was a joy to see them. A couple of new faces, who clearly have fitted in we’ll add to the vibrancy of the hotel! This year, we learned that the GM we’ve known for so long, had moved on. In his place, being everywhere and supporting his team, was the wonderful Pedro, the amazing owner! Chatted to him most days and were delighted to learn about his vineyard and that some of his wine was available in the hotel! Having spent many years in the wine sector, we pronounced the ‘Urooo’ white and ‘Fora Por’ red exceptional! These wines accompanied one of our three dinners in the fine-dining restaurant, S’Oronella; it’s our unwritten rule that we enjoy dinner in this beautiful space at least three times! The menu is so innovative and offers a modern take on traditional Mallorcan cuisine! What more can we add? We love Pula Suites! The peace and quiet; the quality of the suites; the spa and pool; the food and wine, but more than anything, the staff! We know hospitality across the world struggles with maintaining staff levels and even here, I would suggest there was a gap of say, one or two team members, but every member of the Pula team worked so hard to give the service we have come to expect over the years! Julian - lovely new apprentice waiter - he started the day we arrived but was so much more confident when we left! All the housekeeping staff who greeted us every day So, will we return next year? I would say so! Peace and quiet, wonderful staff away from beaches and noise; what’s not to love! Gracias Pedro!

We absoloutly loved the Pula Suites. When we arrived we were escorted to pool bar for free refreshments before we checked in! After we checked in we were driven up to our suite by golf buggy. Beautiful scenery perfect for photo spots. Air condititioning made our stay very comfortable. Totally reccomend!

This is a wonderful place to stay if you want peace and beautiful surroundings. The pool bar food and service is exceptional…. The maitre’d and all the main restaurant staff are also lovely and very attentive. The Greenway Manacor-Arta is just behind the property and is a great, safe walk/run. The only slight improvement would be a discount on green fees for guests to enjoy more rounds at Pula Golf. I would highly recommend this place!

This is the 3rd time we've had the absolute pleasure of staying here & again it really didn't disappoint. Wonderful surroundings, excellent food & amazing, helpful, friendly staff who totally made it a very enjoyable & memorable stay. Every single member of staff was amazing, thoughtful, funny (especially the maitre d') & nothing was too much trouble for anyone. I also want to say a special thank you to Pedro & his wife for making the most delicious wine I've ever tasted (can we buy it anywhere in England?). Can't thank everyone enough & really hope to see you again.

A group of 4 friends went on a 4 day trip to play tennis (2 clay courts), golf at the neighbouring Pula course, and relax in these lovely surroundings. So much to enjoy, the food fantastic and the staff, particularly in the restaurants, are an absolute delight - friendly, great sense of humour and so eager to make things perfect. We had a brilliant time.
