Apartaments Blau

The apartments are tired and old. Generally clean but we could smell smokers and it’s the first time we have to remove our rubbish and clean the apartment. Limited kitchen utensils, no tea towels or kettle. Location Is fantastic and generally quiet at night.

It was a late buy great price, Read it was on the "Main *****" and read reviews regarding noise. Great location really in the heart of everything - Beach, Shopping, Clubs, and Bars. This is a blessing and a curse. Yes the noise outside is loud (it was expected) but if you close the balcony door and it is almost silent from outside. The noise inside mainly from the younger element shouting, banging, singing etc was bad for the first three nights at 2/3 am in the morning..However, this improved for the remaining 7 nights, As I sort of hinted at, We expected a bit of rowdiness, but in the long run wasn't as bad as we feared. The apartment overall was pretty modern, very clean, and as I said great location. The front staff was professional and courteous at every time we saw them as we left or returned. Plenty of room in the apartment, and the balcony overlooking the main ***** was small or as I say "Cozy" big enough for two. The bedroom and bathroom were perfectly adequate. There could have been a few more cooking utensils pans etc. The towels were replaced every 2 days and the bedding every 7 days although the sheets and pillowcases were just left for you to make the beds yourself, not a big issue but we are used to hotel rooms rather than apartments, so perhaps we expected the beds to be made. also, you have to take your own bags of rubbish out to bins near the reception The free wifi on the 4th floor was brilliant, no buffering at all and we were watching YouTube etc on the Kindle fire. The pool area on the roof was a nice quiet area and a nice place to read. We would return as we know more about the apartments and the local area

I thought all rooms had a balcony, we had 3 adults and only one could stand on our balcony at a time. We could not open our doors as large cockroaches were coming in. Our view was of a derelict hotel, covered in rubbish, food and people's washing, the smell in the heat was awful. Would never stay here again. 😒

Rooms are a bit dated but they were clean. Good location and you get what you pay for.

Due notti in questi appartamenti. Sono utili alla causa, spaziosi, in centro, vicino al mare. Il personale è gentile e simpatico. Le regole sono chiare. Unico appunto il bagno non finestrato, ma soprattutto poco pulito. Rubinetteria vecchia e tenuta male. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo, se non fosse che prima di riavere la cauzione bisogna portare i sacchi dello sporco vicino alla raccolta in reception. Prima volta che mi capita. Se non si hanno troppe pretese, è un buon posto dove soggiornare.

La literie est vraiment a revoir . Quand je vois le prix demandé ca ne vaut vraiment pas se prix Personnel super a l'écoute et très gentil sur ce plan la rien a dire. Piscine bien trop petite et pas assez de transats. En gros perdonnels super maus hotel nul

Appartamento pulito e gradevole, in pieno centro e vicino alla spiaggia. Soddisfatto

Siamo state ospiti in questa struttura per due notti e il nostro giudizio è veramente positivo. L’appartamento era grazioso e pulito e si trova nella via principale, vicino a discoteche e locali molto carini. Un ringraziamento speciale a Xavi che ci ha consigliato degli ottimi ristoranti, permettendoci di gustare la tipica cucina spagnola. E grazie anche a Christian per la sua disponibilità. Alla prossima !

Bella la posizione molto comoda e bella la piscina. Le camere a prima vista ok, ma guardando bene erano molto sporche, con strane macchie sul tavolo, polvere, piume e capelli a terra. Il bagno non da meno: sanitari evidentemente non puliti e disinfettati: tavoletta del wc sporca e lo stesso vale per l’interno. Sotto al letto polvere e briciole.
