Hotel ten obsługuje duże grupy Europejczyków z klasy robotniczej przebywających na wakacjach. W rezultacie jest to hałaśliwe, zatłoczone i często nieprzyjemne miejsce pobytu. Niektórzy pracownicy źle traktują gości, wydając instrukcje i polecenia dotyczące tego, gdzie usiąść, co jest wliczone w cenę, a co „dodatkowe”. Przypominało mi to bardzo surową szkołę, a nawet więzienie, w którym personel jest strażnikiem, a gośćmi są więźniowie. Dlatego interakcja między personelem a gośćmi jest stale lekceważąca, granicząca z niegrzecznością. Parkowanie jest bardzo drogie i niewygodne. Nie zatrzymuj się tutaj, jeśli masz samochód. Są ładne baseny, ale nie są podgrzewane i dlatego nie można z nich korzystać. Jedzenie jest na rozsądnym poziomie, ale serwowane jest w kafeterii mieszczącej się w piwnicy, która ponownie przypomina szkołę/więzienie. Chociaż pokoje wyższej kategorii są duże i mają dobrze wyposażone łazienki, brakuje im podstawowych udogodnień, takich jak półki na bagaż i biurka/stoły, a także mają wady konstrukcyjne, które są irytujące, takie jak drzwi szafy, których nie można otworzyć, ponieważ blokuje je zamontowany na ścianie telewizor.

Hotel was super amazing. Loved the amenities and staff was really helpful. Best part was the breakfast spread. Both pools were great as well. The construction seems very new as all the furniture in room were in top condition. I felt the only downside during our trip was the in-house disco event for our day of visit. It was quite dull( but that’s something specific to the performer, I guess). Overall will definitely recommend staying here for the amazing experience.

Negatives:
- near a very busy roundabout, so when at the swimming pool on the ground floor, the noise is very dominant.
- very expensive hotel parking in a nearby garage, 24€/day.
- loud housekeeping, from early in the morning. Sleeping in is not really an option.
- although announced, no action taken against the reservation of sunbeds.
- often long lines at the buffet, because of wrong set up. Also cleaning of tables took too long.
- too many large groups during our stay
- expensive spa, no promotions for hotel guests.
- lack of toiletries (conditioner, body lotion, shower cap, ...)
- some issues with housekeeping entering our room unwanted and unannounced from time to time
Positives:
- location: in the city center overlooking the sport park, away from the busy and noisy '*****', about 10 minutes from the beach.
- adults only section on the rooftop.
- food and presentation thereof, everyday good variety of fresh meat and fish.
- TV with chromecast option
- very good wi-fi
- security guard at the door
I believe this is one of the better hotel options in Lloret, but the 'superior' experience was definitely missing.
