The location of the hotel is excellent. Exactly so to speak, downtown areas with many restaurants, shops and the beach is also close by. The hotel does not have a parking facility. The car must be taken to a nearby parking lot. The price for one day there is 24€. The hotel room was a bit tired, it would need a fresh renovation. Everything that happened on the street could be heard in the room, and everything that happened in the corridor and in the adjacent rooms could also be heard. There was free Wi-Fi, but we couldn't find the TV and air conditioner remote control anywhere.

A friend and I stayed here for four days. It was beautiful and very clean. The smell walking into the hotel itself was lovely. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We had breakfast there and it was yummy, a great selection. The beach is across the road, annoying little stones instead of sand but it was still beautiful. There’s restaurants everywhere in Lloret De Mar so you get a great choice of food. We went end of season but the little pubs that were open still were such fun. Would definitely go again.

Buenos días, acabamos de llegar de un fin de semana en el hotel Norai de Lloret de Mar, la palabra es Indígnate, primero la habitación es más barata que la caja de Smart, bastante aunque no me extraña, pedimos habitación con balcón ya que todo el hotel está vacío y no solo no nos lo dan sino que no dan una habitación sin hacer sucia y con la entrada donde se pone la tarjeta rota con todos los cables a la vista, nos quejamos y nos cambian a otra limpia pero sin más, el buffet del desayuno son 2 platos en una mesita sin zumo sin café etc, el jacuzzi en la terraza roto por todos lados evidentemente sin funcionar...no entiendo cómo Smartbox tiene este tipo de hoteles en sus catalogos. Por la noche el recepcionista estabas con sus amigos en la recepción con las cachimbas montando un botellón... increíble. Adjunto fotos para que puedan ver mi queja.

Hotel de lo más lamentable. Mal trato de la recepcionista. Reservemos una noche por teléfono con paquete de wonderbox y cuando nos presentamos ahí nos dicen que no está hecha la reserva y además que no nos aceptan el código de wonderbox porque no lo habían tramitado. Impresentable la recepcionista porque sólo nos dió la opción de pagar la habitación y no se hacían cargo del código de wonderbox nos decía que lo usáramos otro día en otro hotel.

Hotel a 2 stelle con ottima posizione e staff disponibile.Mi spiace per la camera datata e molto sporca ,anche se 2 stelle la pulizia deve essere garantita agli ospiti .Tanti elementi in camera non funzionavano il telefono,la TV, la doccia l aria condizionata .La camera ê buia

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti io e la mia ragazza. Colazione buona sia il dolce che salato. Wifi funzionante in camera, staff disponibile, vicino al centro ma lontano dai rumori. Molto comodi il letto e cuscino, da rivedere la doccia e la pulizia in generale.

Le personnel est agréable mais impossible de se garer autour sans payer 20€ pour la nuit.
L'hôtel est mal isolé donc on entend tout.

we hebben bijna voor alles bij moeten betalen ,en hadden een kleine kamer en geen airco we hebben niet kunnen slapen van het kabaal het was zeer rumoerig dunne muurtjes we klaagden hierover bij vertrek , we konden dan een korting krijgen als we maar een goede. recencie schreven

Week end de 3 jours dans ce charmant hôtel ! Un couple génial qui nous a accueillis, gentils, accueillants, bienveillants ! Ils nous ont conseillés pleins d’endroits, restaurants, boites etc Ça a été un super week end vraiment je recommande à 1000 % cet hôtel 🥰🥰🥰
