If you are looking for a place to celebrate your special events, this hotel is for you. A simple and super colorful aperitif has managed to satisfy the tastes of all guests. The staff is very kind and super helpful.

Nous avons réservé le forfait Nouvel An de 4 jours dans cet hôtel. Points positifs : accueil chaleureux, personnel sympathique, plusieurs choix de menus pour le soir, belle piscine, bien que l’eau mériterait quelques degrés de plus. Points négatifs : moquette tâchée dans la chambre, salle de bain minuscule, service à table un peu long pour les boissons. Mais le pire a été l’organisation de la soirée du réveillon : tous les plats servis sous forme de buffet, entrées, plats et desserts disponibles en même temps, ce qui a entraîné des files d’attente interminables. Aucune décoration de table, pas de musique, pour seule animation un soit-disant sosie d’Elvis qui a chanté durant 1 h au total, la soirée était donc un peu longue jusqu’au feu d’artifice de minuit… Il était également prévu le tirage d’une tombola dont nous n’avons pas vu la couleur.

Très bon accueil agréablement surprise par rapport à certains commentaires , chambre correcte et propre, bel espace wellness, pour le repas buffet pourrait mieux faire, les repas du soir servi un peu tôt pour les français vu qu il n y a pas d animation le soir surtout le samedi soir, retour en chambre dès 21 h

Ich bin etwas überrascht von den durchschnittlichen bis schlechten Bewertungen hier. Ja , die Zimmer haben einen 70Jahre Style, ist aber auch offen auf der Webside des Hotels zu sehen. Die Fotos von den Zimmern sind ehrlich dargestellt und werden so auch vorgefunden. Wir reisten mit Hund und hatten ein gefliestes Zimmer, ausreichend groß und definitiv sauber. Generell war der Aufenthalt mit Hund sehr unkompliziert. Wir können auch das Personal ausnahmslos positiv bewerten. Unseren Bitten oder Fragen wurde immer freundlich nachgekommen. Wir hatten immer ein aufgefülltes Frühstücksbüffet und es war ausreichend ausgestattet. Abendessen war sehr lecker und auch abwechslungsreich. Speisekarte inklusive Getränkepreisen liegen im Restaurant und können von allen eingesehen werden. Kleiner , aber feiner Spabereich und trotz ausgebuchten Hotel nicht überlaufen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse und der Outdoor Sauna ist einfach toll. Unbedingt eine Massage buchen !!! Wir fahren nach vier Tagen Auszeit im Hotel Hohenrodt entspannt und zufrieden nach Hause. Danke an das Team.

Am Eingang steht Cafe und Rezeption, wir in das Cafe, sieht alles nach einem Cafe aus, also wieder raus. Um das Cafe rum - kein Eingang, wieder rein ins Cafe -gefragt wo denn die Rezeptiion sei - na HIER. Das Rezeptionsschild hängt im Inneren zum Fahrstuhl, vom Eingang aus - nicht sichtbar. Jeder Gast bekommt eine fixe Tischnummer - gut- nur zum Frühstück ist der Tisch nicht eingedeckt, Besteck muss man selber holen, suchen. Keine Beschriftung an den -kalten - Wärmeplatten, Magarine gibt es keine. Beim Abendmenü war das Zanderfilet total pfefferig, kein Fischgeschmack mehr. Abendbüfett das selbe in Grün - keine angeschriebenen Wärmebehälter- aber wer weiss bei 3 verschiedenen Fleisch und Fisch im Behälter was es sein soll. An dem Abend haben sich noch mehrere Gäste negativ darüber geäussert. Ich könnte noch mehr schreiben was Alles nicht gepasst hat, aber es stellt mich einfach ab. Flusen am Badventilator hätte ich melden sollen, dann würden man das reinigen, für dies ist das Personal zuständig -NICHT der Gast.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel mit genügend grossem Zimmer. Die Teppiche im Zimmer waren das einzige Manko (als Hausstauballergiker eher unangenehm). Der Wellnessbereich ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt einen Pool, Ruheräume und Saunas. Der Fitnessbereich ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet. Das Einzige das mir darin fehlte war eine Gymnastikmatte um Yoga machen zu können. Am Freitag konnte wir von 4 Menus auswählen und das Essen war vorzüglich! Ein grosses Lob an die Küche! Das Buffet am Samstag war auch gut, jedoch gab es unserer Meinung nach zu viel Exotisches und wenig Auswahl sonst. Man konnte aber auch von einem grosszügigen Salatbuffet profitieren. Das Personal war im Allgemeinen sehr höflich und zuvorkommend, auch hier kann nur ein grosses Lob ausgesprochen werden.

Point positif : la propreté des chambres Points négatifs : - chambres très vielles avec lambris bruns partout et sdb d’un autre temps - Hôtel en mauvais état avec des rénovations qui semblent s’éterniser - personnel absent et pas du tout au service du client et je reste très gentil…. - restauration de qualité médiocre et d’une lenteur incroyable ( 1h30 pour avoir les plats des enfants depuis la commande ) - ne cherchez pas à boire un verre après ou avant les heures d’ouverture du restaurant (fermeture le soir dès 21h), on ne vous sert plus rien !!!! En conclusion vous trouverez beaucoup mieux dans ce secteur, à éviter véritablement !!!

Wir hatten ein sehr großes Familienzimmer mit insgesamt drei Räumen, allerdings sind die Möbel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Der Wellnessbereich ist ganz neu und sehr ansprechend gestaltet mit Pool, Whirlpool und verschiedenen Saunen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut mit großer Auswahl.
Lediglich der Zimmerservice (Reinigung, Bettenmachen etc.) war aufgrund Personalmangels unzureichend.
