The Grey Gull Hotel

Friendly staff. Good hot tub, just take a dressing gown as access is via the car park.

The grey gull hotel can be seen from the opposite side of the Loch and looks impressive,outside the hotel has a decent seating arrangement ,few weeds and unkempt area but step inside and your in a different place,reception is small but does not impact on how quick and easy checking in is approached. The hotel has various sized rooms to meet customer needs,ours was up the stairs room 16 which had decent sized bed,place to hang clothes,iron and ironing board (which in most hotels these days you never find,)and ample room to move around,bathroom was modern but water could have been warmer. Dining room tastefully decorated with lovely seating area with velvet chairs and couches. Full scotish breakfast with plenty tea and coffee when needed,3 course dinner on special offer,food was hot tasty and portion size super. Polite and curtious staff throughout including manager Eleanor who is down to earth I am a fussy person and this hotel is outstanding in everyway so please do not be put of with negative views.cant wait to return

We loved our experience here. It's super pet-friendly and in a great location if you’re looking for a quieter nice experience off Broadway, Stayed twice and it won't be the last. The location is absolutely ideal for exploring, especially with a Paper coffee in hand. The rooms and the hotel itself are beautiful and the interior

Fabulous hotel rooms and services, I have been coming to this hotel for the last 5 years, I have been coming to this hotel 3 times per year on business trip. I alweys happy to stay here their customer special service all time impess me a lot. I surely stay here always my business trip.

A bit run down with a not very friendly staff who didn't seem to mind that they were putting off people from dining. The tables outside are a quite nice place to sit and have a pint - and there is not much competition in Ardrishaig. Frankly I would recommend heading up the road to places in Lochgilphead.

A warm welcome from receptionist on arrival. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff all very friendly but only when we started conversation. The chef knows his trade extremely well using local produce where he can especially seafood. All service Looks perfect.

Had a wonderful stay here! The staff was absolutely lovely and very helpful both over the phone as well as in person. Had a slight mix up with online reservations but they were extremely accommodating and still made this a very pleasant stay.

This is a great hip, boutique hotel! The rooms are super fresh with great beds and bathrooms/showers. The lobby is full of energy - guests and visitors getting caught up over a drink in the evening at the bar or a pastry and drink from Paper Coffee during the day.

Great hotel and helpful staff. Great location just steps away from Time's Square and the central park. During my stay at the hotel my room was well kept and cleaned everyday. I am giving this hotel a five star review based on my personal experience with the staff.
