When we got in the room and closed the door , behind the door had a cry for help note on it. We were trying to shower and the handle to turn it on was broke.

Very dirty room mattress was hard and very old mildew coming out wall very dirty wash cloths something was biting me in the bed

the room didn’t have lights when I walked in and the maintenance man had to come fix it .
The floors were wet and the smell was horrible, not to mention the floor caved in right next to the bed ..I think it wasn’t like that when I went to sleep

Room was filthy, tub was dirty & has a hole in it. Then the toilet stopped up. Horrible experience!!

This is the worst place I ever been. The place is nasty and disgusting. It looks nothing like the pictures. First of all the floors are filthy. Then the bathroom was nasty. I could not even shower here. I had to shower at a friends house and end up staying there. I got my money back. Also the tub had all kind of rust and mold on it and it was bugs every way. Just spend the money and stay somewhere worth something. This place needs to be shut down.

I just needed a room for the night. I've stayed at this hotel on at least two previous occasions. Each time I was pleased with the professionalism of the staff. The room was spacious and clean. I like how there are several dining options near by and the hotel is right off the interstate.

I did not like it at all. I paid more for the stay there than I did yesterday. I got less, no coffee,no aminaties at all. No cold water in the shower. It was terrible. The only good about the stay was my husband liked the pillow.
