The bed sheets had cigar burns and dirty

We were gone most of the days only slept there. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. I was disappointed in the breakfast they offered. It was in a sack, everything was cold. They had the dining area blocked off so you couldn’t sit down.

This place provides the basics but they do it well. The rooms were clean and included in microwave and refrigerator. Parking was easy and available every night. Also close to shops and grape festival ground. Biggest problem was no internet on the first floor. Something that could have easily been avoided by adding more routers that are all on the second floor and do not pierce the walls to provide the service to the rooms downstairs. The staff were extremely apologetic although the internet service was not available the entire weekend. Again internet is the most important thing these days you can't have a room without internet. I spent very little time there and most of my time at Starbucks. Maybe I should pay them something!
But overall very good if you don't need to have internet!

The room was big for all 4 of us lots of space! But the door to the room looked like it was kicked in and the bathroom door as well. There was left over hair in shower and in beds.

One of our favorite budget friendly places to stay in Lodi, close to plenty of restaurants, or markets, good central location, just close enough to the busy center of town. The 'to-go' breakfast is very good, and has plenty of choices in it. Parking is good, though sometimes a bit full, easy to find location, the area has a nice neighborhood feel. Well lit, the staff is friendly and helpful, and worked with us on the wifi that kept dropping out. We come back to this location every year!

I don’t know what the other raters see, but this hotel is nothing more than 2 stars, if that. It’s old and outdated. It’s in a seedy area. Smells, and is only good for a quick, cheaper stay as evident in the full parking lot at night. Didn’t stay the full day to try the breakfast. Tried to change hotels and / or rooms but denied and other rooms already booked. Not a good representation of the company brand.

Nice room, some of the guests liked taking 2 parking spaces. No Biggie, my ride is small, and i could still fit in a spot. Night Desk Clerk was great, she got me all set up, and it was very late when I arrived. Thank you!

The room was large and comfortably furnished BUT the bed only had one thin blanket and with an outdoor temperature in the low 30's, the heater noisily came on and off all night. Even with the room temp set at 71, we woke up cold in the night. Electricity is expensive - buy some comforters to give comfort!

I stayed in the 2 king suite, bathroom floor had leaking water, the shower head leaked and had water all over the places. Bathroom was the worst.
