We Visited ' the nest' in May 2023 for 2 days. As part of the booked arrangement both of us, got a 20 minute massage. Upon arrival we were pleasantly received by Olena at reception who, after taking care of check in, gave us a greetings 🍸 drink We had our evening meals and breakfast during our stay. The sauna area is amazing and the surounding area outside with pool was tropical because we were blessed with wonderful weather. The staff are friendly and service seems to be number 1 in the house. The wellness area is very inviting and we got a professional service there from friendly qualified team

We enjoyed the clean saunas and a spacious room. It’s a very peaceful location apart the occasional train passing. The food was disappointing, soup tasted like it was from a packet, salads were the same every day, a lot of the vegetables were from tins although the fruit was fresh. The desserts were very synthetic (Dr Oetker packets?) and some were clearly from the day before. The vegetarian meals were based on rice or pasta and for the price I expected something better. Service was ok but there appears to be no nicht manager and when the fire alarms went off in the night the guests were clearly confused what to do. The local fire service dealt with the situation quickly.

Outstanding customer service and extremely relaxing spa combined for a wonderful overnight weekday 'escape' for us. The room and facilities exceeded all our expectations. This was our first stay at the property but we will definitely return again.

Ein schönes Wellnesshotel an der Mosel Gutes Essen (Buffet) Saubere Zimmer mit Wellness Tasche, Bademantel, Schlappen und Handtüchern Schöner & sauberer Wellness Bereich, im Sommer mit Aussenpool & kleines Bistro, 1 Dusche und Umkleidekabine. Einige kleine verschiedene Saunen mit versch. Aufgüssen. 2 Ruheräume Kosmetikbehandlungen & Massagen möglich, gegen Aufpreis. Unser Safe funktionierte nicht. Wir waren vier mal an der Rezeption und haben es gemeldet, aber es ist in den ganzen sechs Tagen kein Mitarbeiter gekommen und hat es repariert. Beim Abendessen wussten die Kellner nie, an welchem Tisch wir sitzen, die anderen Gäste hatten einen festen Tisch, und wir saßen jeden Abend an einem anderen Tisch. Manchmal war das Essen nicht richtig heiß. In dem Ort ist nichts los. Unbedingt mit dem Zug nach Cochem fahren. Tolles kleines Städtchen.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön. Alles hat rundum gepasst und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr sauber, gutes Essen. Aussenbereich mit Pool und Teich sehr erholsam.Personalprobleme in der Stosszeit beim Frühstück. Beim Abendessen und nachmittags alles ok. Von vielen Zimmern toller Blick auf die Mosel.

Nettes Personal und Bedienung. Schöne Aussenanlage und Ruheräume. Ausreichend, kostenfreie Parkplätze.Unkompliziert, Casual. Leider, wie bei vielen Hotels, noch keine Vorhänge die gut verdunkeln. Betten sehr (für mich zu) weich. Wir hatten Doppelzimmer als Einzelzimmer, die günstigste Kategorie.

Schwimmbad war etwas kühl, Sauna sehr angenehm! Die Qualität des Abend-Buffets war zufriedenstellend, die Bedienung an der Bar war freundlich und hilfsbereit!
