The service in this hotel was amazing - they anticipated our needs at every step. They remembered our drink orders from day to day, the laundry was very fast, etc. Sebastian was especially helpful.
The rooms and balconies are spacious (although they could use a bit of new paint on some walls and pictures to warm up the room). Every room has a view of the mountains. We loved the spa and would highly recommend it.
The only downside was that it was very difficult to get ahold of them by email ahead of time to plan taxis and activities. They responded to one email and then stopped responding.

Excellent property for rest and relaxation. The golf course is in excellent condition and the staff very friendly and helpful.

We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. The restaurants offer many options and all the staff members are friendly and very helpful.

Best location in Bmanga, security is the most important thing in this hotel, best food and service, very friendly people, the recommendation to improve the service is to have bilingual people, best view on Piedecuesta !
