Gostamos muito deste hotel, já não é a primeira vez que ficamos cá, é muito agradável, o staff é espetacular e a comida tem variedade

Very nice hotel, kind and helpful staff, great view, good food, spa (sauna and Turkish bath). Perfect for a few days of rest. Only two disadvantages were the taste of coffee for breakfast (only instant coffee) and not very thick walls (you can hear the neighboring rooms a bit). Paid parking lot (0,80 EUR/h, from 8 am to 7 pm - in the street, 10 EUR/day - parking garage in the building opposite the hotel), but you can always park for free about 500 m from the hotel, in the upper part of town.

Hotel agradável que correspondeu às expectativas.
Excelente localização na calheta, mesmo em cima de uma praia de areia dourada, com acesso direto do hotel. Ideal ter carro pois fica a 30min do Funchal.
Vale a pena pagar extra para ter quarto com vista de mar
A qualidade e quantidade da comida cumpre com o tudo incluído, assim como as bebidas.
Animação diária e variada.
Bom spa com piscina aquecida, turco, sauna e duches frios.
Zona da piscina exterior muito agradável, com bastantes espreguiçadeiras e bem conseguida.
Ping Pong gratuito, bilhar pago (€3/hora).
Muito boa relação preço/qualidade.

Was ok. Would not say a 4 star hotel. When booking, it gave the impression drinks were premium products on the All Inclusive and that’s not true.
Room clean, but basic and really noisy first thing in the morning.
