Thank you Dukes for a very wonder Experience all through our stay. The staff was welcoming and warm. The food was too delicious.. the stomach was full but heart wasn’t. Pamai, mr. Hanumant, Miss Shelly, priyanka and Shaumik (sorry if i have misspelled )personally attended and checked for our well being. Mr ans Mrs. Ishwad

The stay was confronted the room were nice and comfortable service was excellent,The was nice best recommended ✨The view' from room was wow will visit again and I recommend everyone to visit super hotel excellent staff and food good behaviour staff

The trip was just about less than 24hours, yet, we had the best experience yet again, considering my niece’s birthday celebration as well, that happened this time. We are grateful to the wonderful team led by Sneha that helped with our stay and the decorations and a lovely cake for our birthday girl. We felt most special thanks to the very beautiful Thomb (that’s what she is known here) who brought a smile to our little ones faces, all throughout! Special mention to Niranjana!

Great view from the property. Very hygienic and clean. Staff very courteous and prompt. Service with smile. Will definitely visit again. Sankey, Mauli, suman, vidya, nitai , akhilesh and entire f&b team is excellent...................

Feeling very satisfied to write the review for my stay in Dukes retreat khandala . It was an absolutely incredible experience from start to end. Firstly, I would like to give my sincere thanks to the general manager Ms.Sherry padda for ensuring everything was perfect during my stay. She was exceptionally welcoming and clearly leads her team with extreme care and attention. A big thank you to the front desk team Sneha, Shouvik and the team who welcomed us with a warm smile and made the check in process seamless. Next I would love to acknowledge the house keeping team Jaya, Sapna, Vishal. The attention to cleanliness and comfort was impressive. Last but not the least, restaurant staff which includes Sanket, Suma, Akhilesh, Bindya, Nitai, and Telinson was a delight. They provided exceptional service for all three meals. The food was phenomenal....... Once again a heartfelt thanks to the entire team of Dukes retreat for making my stay memorable. A highly recommended property from my side..... Thank you 😊 😊 😊 😊

It was amazing experience at Duke's Retreat and A'Cafe food. We met Suma, she was restro attender who mingled with us fantastically. The Duke's staff is an example of humbleness and kindness. An amazing experience of luxury. Rooms are very well decorated, neat and clean. The the location is one of the most mesmerizing view of Valley and waterfalll. You'd wish to stay longer. 10 on 10.
