Booked a last-minute stay just a couple of hours before check-in. Everything was ready when I arrived and check-in was fast, friendly and efficient. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
Enjoyed the hot breakfast options and check out was friendly and efficient as well.
Thanks for a great stay.

Easy check in. However ,shower not working (I have stayed here before and know how to work this shower).Additionally, there was limited desk staff availability to fix the issue, so it went u resolved.

We came in earlier than expected because we thought there was a storm coming, they were than more than accommodating. Nice rooms!!!

We stayed at the Hotel because of the proximity to the hospital. Our family was going through so much at that time and the hotel staff did everything they could to make our stay as stress free as possible. Matt at the front desk was absolutely amazing. He did everything he could to accommodate our family. I can't thank you enough for going over and beyond. The hotel also has a
very delicious breakfast in the morning to start your day, and coffee and tea in the lobby at night.

There were several unacceptable tiings that happened during my stay. First, the vending machine in the lobby took my money without delivering my item. When i complained to the front desk i was told "the machine dont belong to the hotel" and to call the number on the machine. Of course, no one answered the number and i was asked to supply date and time, serial number of machine, etc.
Second, the included breakfast was poor at best with dry scrambled eggs and meat-like sausage patties. They may have contained meat but were basically inedible.
And third, and most important, i returned from a day out to find my room door propped open--obviously by the cleaning staff sometime during the day. Luckily nothing seemed to have been stolen but this is obviously exceptionally unacceptable. The desk clerk's response was "im sure it was just a mistake". I would say so.

For anyone visiting the London Health Sciences & Children's Hospital, this hotel is an excellent choice. It is 5 minutes walking distance from the hospital, clean, safe and a good variety at breakfast is also a plus. There is some morning road traffic but it is to be expected as hospital staff head into work.
