When we arrived I'm not sure they read how many people - I had to ask for more wrist bands. We called and asked for more pillows for our room considering we had 4 people at 9 - 930 we called and asked how long they'd be and if I could go pick them up so the kids would go to bed... they said no I couldn't and that she'd ask them again. No pillows arrived.
Breakfast we went to the restaurant. Waited in line, were told we had to wait till they cleared tables as a few were just finishing up. As we waited we read the menus so we'd be ready. Another table the same size came after, they sat them first. I had to ask again to be seated. We had to continue to wait.

Went with friends who checked in at 1:30. We were promised to be beside them. The room beside them was cleaned at 1:30 and when we arrive at 3:35 we were told our room was not ready. They were going to give us a room father away… when finally inquiring they agreed the room beside was ready hours before and let us check in 10 mins early.
They did give us pool passes early so that was nice.

The pool looked nice for kids. The bed sheets were dirty and smelled. Evident they were not changed between guests.

The bathtub wouldn’t drain properly. Through out the night there were kids running and screaming in the hallway. The hot tub was constantly over capacity with children. When I initially booked the hotel I was told there would be a continental breakfast provided at no charge. I then confirmed this with the concierge and when I went for breakfast I was only then informed that it was a ready-to-serve breakfast that you had to pay for. Very disappointing stay.
