Excellent staff - very friendly, kind & knowledgeable. Our room was clean and comfortable. Didn’t have time to check out the pool, but based on other guests I’d say it’s a great bonus to this location! We had free breakfast included, ordered the classic and it was a delicious and sizeable meal that kept us full most of the day! Will certainly be returning when we return to London in the future.

very nice hotel, 2nd visit in a few months. staff arr very accommodating and the hotel is close to lots of adopting. I was there for a dog show and dog and I were greeted with kindness. I'll stay there again

雖然說比較簡陋，但其實空間很大又很寬敞。但需要自己帶拖鞋，牙膏牙刷等等，因為飯店沒有附。停車也不需要錢。

Came for a concert in London and always come to this hotel alot of restaurants and entertainment in the area. Always a enjoyable stay.

Your front desk staff Jenny was very polite and professional , the pool could be a lot warmer it was pretty cold the water, there was not enough staff in restaurant the weekend we stayed there, could not get a coffee, every waitress looked stressed and could not get anyone's attention so we left.
the shower head made a whistling sound when you used the hot or warm setting in the shower.

Very old dirty carpet and every service was minimal. breakfast was horrible. No choice. Pool was closed. I have nothing to say good about it.

When I arrived to the room my tv didn’t work, I had to switch the rooms . Next day my room wasn’t clean and a/c didn’t work properly.

only a brief weekend stay and was delighted to find the hotel is amazingly close to a lot of trails. very friendly helpful staff (yay Jenny). nice breakfast included option (and good coffee). close to western university. lots of cafes and restos close by. good access to highway. quiet. clean. glad we stayed.
