Expensive, but super top-notch hotel. One of the best in London. Location in the heart of Chelsea perfect for those on a shopping spree or who want to experience the 'high life' in London. Super central so everything else (Theatres, Palaces, etc.) are all easy to walk or cab to.

I initially picked The Cadogan due to its location because I had tickets to the Chelsea Flower Show. After my wonderful experience at this hotel, I plan to stay there whenever I am in London. The Cadogan is a charming boutique hotel. We stayed in a junior suite which was lovely. Champagne and a beautiful plate of fruits was set out for us in the room when we checked in. Every night, delicious chocolates or petit fours were delivered to our room. Benoit Blin is in charge of the pastry team who produces these tasty confections. This hotel is exceptional because of the concierge and front desk people. Daniel and Lee are genuinely kind, friendly, and very helpful. Laura at the front desk was really welcoming and very nice. I am looking forward to staying here again. Next time I will bookend my stay at The Cadogan with a stay at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, another Belmond property in Oxfordshire.

I think the Belmond Cadogan sets a new standard for small luxurious London hotels. Location is superb. Staff are exceedingly helpful and friendly. Bedrooms are plush, quiet refuges. The dining room, tea room etc. are lovely. Doesn't get better than this! I believe an argument can be made that the Kensington Chelsea area is the best neighborhood in central London. Quiet, elegant, green-spaces provided by those wonderful private neighborhood parks. Close to great shopping at Sloane Square and the King's Road. Walkable to Harrods and the great Victoria and Albert Museum, the Natural History Museum. Of course you pay for this luxury and convenience - London 5 star hotel prices can take your breath away. But in the case of the Cadogan, I feel it's well worth it.

This is the usual place to take my guests and my family when it comes to afternoon tea. Their quality standards are always high and consistent.They always smile and calm and welcoming.Service is really good,Waitresses are always positive and They know what they are doing. They are very well trained and good at explaining on every single products.Colombian girl is very good.From begging to till end,It is very nice experience. Thanks for keeping all the standards consistent.

Perfect hotel in a perfect location. Elegantly appointed rooms with staff that really do offer personal service. The Cadogan should be the first choice hotel for the discerning traveller.

We visited The Cadogan in the occasion of the Chelsea flower show and i chose it for its closeness to the show . We booked a suite and it was quite expensive but the experience was amazing. The suite was spotless but what the surprise was the stellar customer service not usual in the London hotel. May be it was the presence of many personnel coming from Mediterranean countries that gives the impression of be at home. I will suggest this hotel to all my friends.
