We were staying at this little hidden gem tucked away from Mayfair with my family in June The room was beautifully decorated giving you a home away home feel. The welcome plate amenities was a great surprise for both adults and child with lovely message to welcome us !! Dinner at the Atrium was a perfect place to enjoy a lovely yet quiet dinner Food was so delicious and beautifully presented . Breakfast was enjoyed in our room as room service was brought up and presented it just like home. The best finish was the complimentary transfer to o Eurostar for our next destination Paris. All in all I must say short but definitely sweet !! 5 stars experience from start to finish Definitely will be back again !

This was our first time staying at this elegant boutique hotel so honestly expectations were high, the room itself was spacious elegantly decorated (as you'd expect)! Comfy beds a large accessible bathroom delicious room service menu, everything you could possibly ask for in life (you'd think) but no the TV wasn't working which for a daughter who is blind with additional needs was a necessity! I can't fault the amazing staff though who tried everything to help sadly to no avail though, breakfast was everything too including a special birthday cheesecake for myself too! It was a luxurious stay but the broken tv spoiled it honestly in a hotel that size with a 5 star reputation I would have expected more......

Had the most magical weekend stay with friends at this wonderful place. We stayed in one of the 3 bedroom suites and our every wish was catered for. The staff were exceptionally attentive from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The accommodation is central to everywhere with easy public transport connections and directly across from Hyde Park. It is a peaceful, discreet atmosphere inside to relax from the hustle and bustle of London. We had a beautiful breakfast in the Atrium- Shakshuka was to die for- and the most wonderful Afternoon Tea served by Rasvan who was so attentive and knowledgable about the variety of teas. I cannot recommend this wonderful place highly enough. An oasis of calm amid the buzz and excitement that London provides. I will be back! Love love loved it!

Superb location for a wonderful stay in London with friends. Suites are spacious with all the amenities and extras to make the stay perfect. Staff are so welcoming, helpful and made the stay smooth and worry free. A highlight was afternoon tea in the atrium. Razvan looked after us impeccably, with a smile and humour. The afternoon tea was delicious - a feast for the eyes and palate and I cannot recommend highly enough. It was a fantastic few days in the heart of London.

An extra special place to stay with my friends for the weekend. Grosvenor House Suites is excellently located for enjoying the numerous attractions that London has to offer. The suites are spacious and offer every convenience that you could wish for to enjoy your stay. We were also only minutes away from Hyde Park which was beautiful to wander round to escape the buzz of the city. The food was outstanding and the staff were so welcoming, attentive and genuine. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The highlight had to be the afternoon tea in The Atrium. Delicious sweet and savoury treats were presented to us by Razvan with careful attention, but also friendliness. It was a real joy to experience. Feel very lucky to have stayed in such wonderful accommodation.

The most amazing stay ever! Visited with a group of friends and stayed in a 3 bedroom suite. Staff were so attentive and friendly. The suite had every facility imaginable. Breakfast menu was varied and as for the afternoon tea served by Razvan- out of this world experience. Highly recommend!

Grosvenor House Suites is located in the Mayfair area of London - which at this time of year is doubly beautiful as Hyde Park’s trees start turning brown. Surrounded by architecturally stunning mansions and upper-end shoppes, the Suites luxury factor fits right in. But what set it apart from other places was the service. From the moment we walked in Robert and his concierge staff were immediately taking charge to make sure we would start relaxing after a long day of travel. Christina and Christian in the Front Lobby attended to all our needs and instead of making us wait at their counter, they showed us to a confortable seating area, brought us drinks and then checked us in. Truely a great start. But I have to mention the House Suite’s restaurant and staff. Our waiter Juran was kind, efficient attentive and a joy to talk with - which I apologize to his boss if we kept him a little too long at our table. The Breakfast menu attends to several palates and everything we ordered during our 11 day stay was served hot and fresh. I think I ate more Shakshuka at House Suites than I have in three years. Ultimately the suites are comfortable and clean. Housekeeping never let us down and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Thank you to all those we failed to mention. We’ll see you in the future! A-I A-I ohhhhh my!

Stay in Grovesnor house suite ask for Nittin duty manager who can be a lot of assistance The hotel itself and people speak out for themselves including hospitality starting up from every member of their staff duty manager nittn, reception staff, very helpful concierge with in-house luxury car arrangements
