Huge resort, in a very quiet area, middle of montains. staff is really friendly and helpful, some of them speak good English ( ask Betty ). The rooms are very big, full equipped, no USB plug so take yours. The hot spring is amazing with great variety of basins but always hot water…. One Chinese restaurant and one buffet restaurant, where you can find call what you like. You must try the draft beer at the buffet…. Breakfast is huge with lot of dishes, fruits, even coffee. Located at 20km from highway (G45), hotel is easy to find. At only 500m from hotel, a small village with lot of small shops, where you can find what you need. If you have car, parking inside hotel, free. Since 12 years I go many times there, and I don’t see any change. Always clean and the same perfect service.

Wonderful, relaxing experience! Will go again. Becky was a wonderful addition to the service we received. Went way beyond even what I would say is “Great” service in her help and care for us during our stay….and after! Thank you Becky!

這次訂房選的時間最長，看了很多評論，都不知道怎麼預訂了，訂了兩個酒店女兒不喜歡又換這間，沒有失望，環境很美，周圍樹林環繞，服務態度都很好，所有服務員都是面帶微笑，特別是温泉裏面一直有人拿水來提醒你需要多喝水，池子很多，都很乾凈，吃飯很方便，就在酒店吃的，味道還不錯，價格也挺實惠的，小童節還有放螢火蟲的活動，小孩非常開心，不捨得走了，還想玩，因為要上學的原因，要不就多住一晚了，暑假還去

地派已經來過很多次了，這麼多年，維護的依然很好！我選擇温泉的標準是可以有私湯，但是不可以衹有私湯，因為在温泉去走走泡泡的感覺是私湯無法取代的。並且開車來地派的路上穿過竹林是一件非常舒心的事。由於是五一，酒店滿房了，但是在温泉區並沒有感到擁擠，很多湯池是可以自己泡的。唯一不好的體驗是餐廳，首先是入住的時候提醒我們送了一張餐飲券，但是並沒有提醒是在西餐廳，結果兩人在中餐廳拚命點到三百多，竟然不能用。第二天早餐，餐廳服務員提示裏面滿了不能進了，就在門口等，結果沖進來個這輩子沒見過飯的男人直接往裡沖，我説我們在排隊，他説誰讓你擋在這裏不讓我們進，這服務員又改口説讓我們進去自己找，我也是醉了，住了這麼多酒店，那次裏面服務員不是收拾好枱麪通知前台領客人進來，原來這裡是要靠搶的。好好的一個酒店搞這麼low，果然酒店雖然大，跟星級酒店服務還是沒法比的。吃飯的時候裏面鬧鬧哄哄的，咖啡機衹有一台，排個長龍，煮粉的地方更長，還有各種有人生沒人養的孩子邊跑邊喊，吃個飯心真累。以後不想再來了

第一次來地派温泉，温泉很舒服，還有很大的小童水上樂園，大喇叭小盆友很喜歡。酒店早餐豐盛，中餐廳的點菜味道也不錯。房間很大，設施略舊但不影響。總體來説是很舒服的度假酒店，下次有機會再來。

酒店環境很好，依山傍水，每年都去兩家温泉酒店，這是為數不多的温泉乾淨，房間乾淨，服務態度好，響應速度快的優質酒店。去的時候正值大雨，在開闊的泳池游泳，工作人員會提醒躲避雷暴。温泉非常乾淨，雖然在森林當中，卻沒有什麼漂浮物，過濾系統也好，幾乎沒有看見死皮體毛之類的東西。

總體來説很滿意。
服務很好，我們住的是別墅區，基本上服務隨叫隨到，就算是晚上十一點多，也能及時響應。
別墅區避免不了的就是潮濕，尤其是五一期間一直在下雨，所以房間會有一些黴味兒，也能理解。
衞生還是可以的。温泉池子很多，管理也很好，有茶水，有毛巾補充。
提個意見，旅拍商家服務跟不上，有待提高。大廳的桌上足球，要另外花10元購買足球，體驗感不好。

老牌酒店，感覺非常不錯，酒店修繕過，比較新，住的是靠近停車場的邊户，有兩扇窗户，看着雨後的遠山，雲霧繚繞，感覺很好，有很多網紅打卡點，温泉水好，適合遛娃。
