It was an awesome experience. Jonathon at front desk was absolutely amazing! He alone gives hotel 5 stars!

Construction going on in the hotel and had to use the service elevator. It was a significant walk out of our way to get to our room. Also, the night before we left the hot water went out in our room. Made for extremely cold showers that night and in the morning. Staff was not interested in our issue.

Only thing I didn't like is that there were no USB ports in the room, just normal plugs.

Such an awesome stay as always. Holiday inn has always been my favorite, since the 70’s. This particular is perfectly located. I love it.

The staff were all very welcoming! The breakfast was good and the night time bar staff were very friendly. It is located walking distance to Papasitas Mexican restaurant which was nice as well. 10/10 and we will be staying here every time we come to Longview.
