Stayed here in May 2023 for a night. There were three rooms for booking in this two-storey B&B. The rooms were new, clean and spacious and I slept very comfortably for the night. There’s free private parking at the accommodation. Guests would have a decent breakfast option (one croissant, one tea/coffee and one juice/water) at a nearby cafe (Caffe Centrale) for €4. The B&B was also within 5 mins walking distance to the Basilica. My host, David, was friendly, approachable and responsive to any queries. I would definitely recommend this B&B to anyone who wished to stay in this wonderful little town.

I stayed at this beautiful bnb 2019 and loved every moment of it. The owners were so hospitable and kind and talked to us in the mornings. They had great suggestions of places to eat. You do need a car to go to the beach but you can walk around the town where they are located very easily. Quite area and safe. Parking is available. Our host are kind and caring and very considerate of us. And try to speak English to us to help us get around. And food was excellent as usually. We are so great full. And recommend anyone staying here.

Per la prima volta io e mia moglie abbiamo visitato la riviera del Conero ,soggiornando 7 notti a Loreto al B&B a portata di mare gestito da Genny e David.Dopo questa esperienza vorrei consigliarlo perchè è fantastico per la posizione , riesci a visitare qualsiasi borgo e spiaggia rimanendo in tranquillità. Fantastico per le camere spaziose letti comodi pulizia da 10 e lode. fantastico perché quando arrivi e sei stressato dalla routine ,Genny e David sanno come farti le coccole, consigliandoti su cosa vedere che spiagge frequentare e dove mangiare di qualità spendendo il giusto. Insomma si prendono cura di te in modo invisibile ma presenti all'occorrenza. Per noi due è un B&B da 5 stelle con lode .Emanuela e Maurizio

Bed and breakfast gestito da marito e moglie che hanno trasformato la casa di famiglia in una struttura ricettiva, ottima accoglienza da parte di David facendomi sentire come una persona di casa. Solo 3 stanze ma struttura molto ben tenuta, la stanza dei pesci dove soggiorno e' pulita con una parete coloratissima e originale, anche il bagno ha un ottimo design, parcheggio interno, stanza e bagno molto luminosi, wi fi veloce, possibilita' di effettuare a prezzo convenzionato la colazione al bar centrale a pochi metri dal b&b con prodotti di alta qualita' e con cordialita' dello staff, 1,6 km dalla stazione ferroviaria, 550 metri dalla basilica di Loreto, a pochi metri dal centro di Loreto dove si trova tutto negozi bar ristoranti fermate di autobus, da parte di David ho ricevuto diversi consigli per mangiare e visitare. Si vede che c'e' cura in cio' che viene offerto al cliente, esperienza da rifare!

Pulizia impeccabile!!!! Materasso comodissimo,lenzuola bianche e profumate. Stanza luminosa e ben arredata, anche i dettagli sono stati studiati nei particolari. La famiglia che gestisce il B&B è cordiale e molto disponibile

L'accoglienza è stata veramente gentile e disponibile.La stanza "Barca" questo il suo nome oltre essere carina era (ed è la cosa più importante...) molto pulita ed accogliente! La consiglierei sicuramente.

Io e la mia mia compagna ci affidiamo sempre a questo bel posto. Siamo stati x la terza volta e tutto rimane perfetto in tutto come le altre volte. La struttura si trova ai piedi della basilica. Ci si arriva in 2 minuti a piedi. A un 10/15 km troviamo le meravigliose spiaggie

Abbiamo alloggiato presso la struttura per una settimana e ne siamo piacevolmente rimasti sorpresi. Posizione ottima che ti permette di visitare tutto il Conero, camera molto pulita e ben organizzata e i proprietari super gentili e disponibili. Ottima soluzione anche per il parcheggio di fronte alla struttura. Ci torneremo sicuramente anche perché la zona merita davvero tanto!

È stata una bella esperienza La struttura è nel centro storico di Loreto ma zona molto tranquilla, c'è disponibilità di parcheggio auto. La camera è pulita e i proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Abbiamo apprezzato anche le ottime colazioni. Consigliatissimo
