Very nice hotel and location. Only issues were the WiFi and bed size/layout. The nice lady at the desk mentioned the WiFi doesn’t work with iPhones, which seems odd, but sure enough, did not work with either of our phones, so disappointing if it is a known issue. Also, the bed was pushed against the wall, which made it hard to sleep with an already smaller than normal double bed. Plenty of space in the room for it to be turned another direction.

Das Gute zuerst: Die Mitarbeiter könnten professioneller sein, sind aber durchweg sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein besonderes Lob verdient das hauseigene Restaurant: Bedienung und Speisen dem Anspruch des Hauses (4 Sterne) absolut angemessen. Nicht angemessen ist der Zustand der Zimmer: Das Mobiliar wirkt, obwohl relativ neu, billig. Eine Zumutung ist die nicht dicht schließende Doppel-Schiebetür zum Bad. Es ist nicht möglich, das Bad blick- und geräuschdicht zum Zimmer zu schließen. Wir hatten das Problem in beiden Zimmern. Völlig unverständlich, warum solche in Mangel nicht behoben wird. Sehr unangenehm!

Ein modernes und schönes Hotel im Zentrum von Lörrach. Moderne Zimmer und sehr ansprechende Restaurant und Bar. Die Superior Zimmer in den oberen Etagen ermöglichen einen tollen Blick. Die Betten sind hervorragend und die Zimmer sowie insbesondere auch die Badezimmer sehr großzügig.

Sehr zentral gelegenes, modernes Hotel. Wir hatten hier eine Firmenveranstaltung mit Seminar und Übernachtung. Es war alles bestens organisiert, sehr freundliches Personal, das Frühstück war sehr gut und eine reichhaltige Auswahl. Die Hotelbar war super, super Service der Barkeeper trotz später Stunde. Die Zimmer sind gut und modern ausgestattet. Ich war persönlich sehr positiv überrascht und kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.
