Great place near the airport. Really enjoyed our stay, shuttle was also prompt. Strange that there’s no kettle but the water dispenser and lemon water was such a great touch! Loved the service as well. Breakfast was pretty decent too with some hot food. Gym and pool were ok

Did not eat hotel breakfast, but feel that the hotel attaches great importance to guest evaluation, the hotel looks like a motel, but the room is OK, the key is the location is good, quiet in the middle of noisy, walk to the Avenue of Stars for 5 minutes, nearby to eat and buy souvenirs are convenient, Driving to Universal Studios for 10 minutes, it is especially suitable for people who want to play in Universal Studios. There is no charge for parking. The only thing I need to remind is that the room is a bit too fragrant, like the detergent with too much taste, the door needs to be ventilated, the window is aisle, there is no landscape

The people at the hotel are very sweet and accommodating but they need to do better when cleaning hotel rooms…the sink smelled like sewer water. I thought it’s just one night but every time we turned it on it was a strong odor. I felt gross even washing my hands, let alone brushing my teeth. The drain should be cleaned at hotels. The vents were full of dirt. I had my baby and it just disappointed me more than anything..it felt dirty. It was too late to switch or do anything. Please do better for the health of others.

I stay at this hotel every time I come to Los Angeles. It's very convenient to go anywhere along Route 69, and the restaurants nearby are also delicious. I will continue to stay here next time I go on a business trip and recommend it to my friends.

Stayed here for 3 nights to attend a high school reunion. It is conveniently located in a quiet location and close to the freeways. Stayed on the 4th floor. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We had the daily breakfast which had a nice selection. Annie at the front desk was great. She was very friendly and helpful. Marco in the breakfast area was great too. He was very friendly and attentive. He kept everything clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

We came to town from Vegas for a concert and after staying in a couple of really dump hotels and hit-or-miss AirBnBs, I said, ”No way I'm talking any chances with this trip!” I just knew that I would get a good night's rest at a Hilton and it wasn't THAT much more expensive than the other hotels! Thank God! It was an amazing stay!! The beds were SOOOO clean and comfortable! All the staff were SO kind and helpful!!

Although all the staff were quite friendly, the main reason for this review is to compliment Julio the bartender. His interactions with myself and others were wonderful and I hope the management appreciate his contributions to the comfort of weary travelers. He is a true gem and I wish all of my business trips included at least one Julio staff member.

Hotel was a bit dated and could probably use a renovation. Although I didn't interact with the staff a lot but the check-in lady was great! She was passionate and willing to help. Unfortunately, the guests above us were having too much fun at 2:30AM and we had a hard time getting to sleep. This is probably not entirely the fault of the property but I hope they could consider upgrading their soundproofing if/when they renovate the property. Overall I would return, as I can't complaint about the service. I hope to get a quieter room next time.

So I have pros and cons for this location. We stayed there Saturday through Monday. Here we go Pro: Great location close to freeways, lots of great food and things to do. Pro: Classic older building with a fantastic staff. Super friendly team. Con: The room was just plain hot. There is a guideline on the hotel controlling the air and how cool it is. (We like a cool room) picture attached and it always blew regular air and it was not conditioned and never cold. We asked for a fan and it was on its last legs and barely blew any air. We asked for help and we’re told it was a hotel policy and uncontrollable Con: perk of Embassy Suites is the reception. Bowl with bag of chips and peanuts and only one drink ticket per person. What? This is not what we expect from Embassy Suites. Con: $12 a day for parking is unnecessary and just a gouge. We have certain expectations as a diamond member and this is just not good. Your rating is for your awesome staff and location and environment.
