La verdad el hotel esta muy bien pero las empleadas son unas bordes

Definitely the rooms are not 4 stars. Overall nice place, nice service. Very hot in the rooms and hall. No matter what you set the room temperature it would blow more hot air. Told the front desk we’re told the main A/C was still set on heat, turn it off and open window. That let more outside heat and Sun in. As evening temperatures dropped the room cooled off. Closed window to sleep to not hear outside noise then couldn’t sleep because of heat again. Breakfast was good. Don’t think I would return.

Stayed 1 night with family of 4. Hotel is nice. Room was spacious with bunk beds and 2 single beds. Bathroom was large. Room was very clean. Woke up at 2am to very loud music just outside our room. It continued until after 3:30am making sleep very difficult. Not sure if this was a one time event or if it’s regular occurrence.

Parece una guarderia. Horror , niños y bebés llorando todo el rato en las salas de estar del hotel . Madres paseando las sillitas por los salones. Nada de tranquilidad . Parece un merendero barato Lo único bueno los recepcionistas y las camareras del car del hotel , majisimas y muy amables.

Buen hotel, bonita recepción. Habitaciones cómodas, sin terraza la que me tocó. Zona con rutas de paseo en la naturaleza y otras actividades de montaña. En la zona del hotel no parecía haber nada interesante alrededor. Precios algo subidos, cafés a 2,50E. Comida de bufet bien preparada y buena. Aparcamiento escaso, fuera del hotel.

La habitación bastante grande, pero deberían de limpiar o volver a tapizar las sillas y el sillón, ya que da bastante grima por la suciedad que tiene. El agua de la ducha salía con muy poca fuerza, y la opción que nos dieron fue la de ir a ducharnos a otra habitación. Por lo demás bien, lo que vimos del hotel (que tampoco fue mucho) no está mal. Pero el precio del desayuno me pareció desorbitado (por mucho buffet libre que sea), y mas aún cuando viajas con menores y en la web pone que son 7 euros por menor y allí me dijeron 13,90 euros por menor. Eramos 4 (2 adultos 2 niños) y pagar 56 euros por el desayuno me parece un despropósito.

Hotel 3 estrellas , le sobran 1 , el agua del grifo no tiene presión ninguna , para ducharte una odisea , lo demás bien , se destaca el desayuno , está lejos de Segovia a unos 25 minutos , donde si quieres ir por autovía tendría q pagar peaje , está metido en una urbanización donde encontrarás poca cosa , y una recomendación no van a ir al restaurante que está al lado el irlandés , una atención pésima
