Customer service OnPoint checked in, was awesome well sat at the bar ordered the flatbread pizza some drinks tasty to say the least great job great stay great room pool could use a little updating still nice the guy that checked me in. Don’t want to mess up his name, but was nothing less than impressive to say the least, will definitely stay there again. Shuttle ride to the park and back was well received. Thank you for the great stay.

it is disappointed/ unexpected parking is not included, need to pay extra. July 21-22 when we stay , employees strike in the early morning and wake us up. Employee signed me up to earn their reward points but as now still did not received any email or confirmation.....
