Most parking is around back on the second floor and then people take the stairwells down to the first floor if they have a first floor room.
There is a 8 1/2 x 11 laminated sheet on the desk about the safety of the area not leaving valuables in the car and making sure you’re door is locked. So it’s a tiny bit sketchy, but 20-30 min to a lot of attractions.
There is a grab and go breakfast at the office. It has Nutri-Grain bars and little breakfast cracker packets. No orange juice or breads.
We had a downstairs room, and it was obvious that above our shower, there was a leak at some point from the upstairs shower. So they had patched the ceiling in the wall was a little bit warped.
I love the fact that has a mini fridge and microwave. I would stay here again.

Room was adequate and liked having fridge and micro wave. Nice hot water from shower. Bed very comfortable.
Door was hard to open
Grounds nice and parts were closed off
Liked being by the pool and hot tub
Parking , had to go around the block and park in the back

Definitely a good option for a non-picky person who doesn't want to spend a ton of money. The place is outdated and needs a few repairs but it's totally functional. The proximity to the highways meant most of our drives were 15 minutes or less, or we went to the North Hollywood Metro station to take the train. The concierges were very nice and helpful, especially the one working at night. Parking was a little tight but at least it's there. Towels and sheets were clean although kind of thin. Bathroom was also clean. Our king room was huge compared to a typical hotel room and the mini fridge actually kept our stuff cold. I would stay here again

Hotel needs to be ulrefurbished. Ice machine and Japanese garden out of service. Area is very noisy. Could here the other rooms doors and steps and is very noisy as it’s by the highway. Need to have some soundproofing on the rooms. Excellent location though

The hotel is very run-down, and the air conditioning is extremely noisy, making it impossible to sleep at night if it's turned on. Not only does the hotel not offer breakfast, but it also doesn't provide water. A bottle of water costs $4. Closing the door normally results in the internal bolt automatically locking, leaving us freezing outside for 15 minutes until the front desk staff used a professional tool to open it. The toilet has an unpleasant odor and is quite small.

There was a time where this place was cool however that was the 80’s, the property just needs repair and live and it could be an amazing boutique stay. Dear owners, don’t respond just do the work, replace the missing tiles, repaint and modernize . It’s next to a bar that I didn’t get to enjoy because they closed early. Such a shame.

Stayed for one night, business trip.
Room is horribly dated. barely adequate lighting, furniture is super old and worn out... Bathroom cabinet was completely damaged from water... needs a remodel badly.

Staff was nice room was clean a little small. The grounds were not well kept up the spa was dirty and some the ice machine was broke down. It was an OK place to stay.

Good place to stay got the price you pay. Pretty much used it to sleep was barely at the hotel. No complaibs.
