High Wycombe / Beaconsfield

The hotel was pretty much what you would expect from a premiere inn. The bed was comfy and there were extra pillows. The shower was nice and hot. You can have food in the room but you have to go and buy it from the restaurant/pub next door. The room could have been cleaner, there was some corners and sides that looked like they could do with a bit more attention.

From the moment we arrived we were looked after. Highly professional team including the restaurant. Smooth check-in.

We used this hotel as a convenient place to stay for two nights whilst out on activities far from home. Saturday was spent driving for four hours to visit Stonehenge and then making our way back towards the outskirts of London for a stop over before our visit into London on the Sunday to watch two shows. This day would also end late, so the hotel was used for two nights before travelling back home. The member of staff on arrival was very friendly and advised us to book for breakfast as they were going to be very busy. We headed straight for the restaurant to make our breakfast bookings for both mornings and the staff in the restaurant was very friendly too. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was in a very convenient location for travelling into London for the day. We drove to Beaconsfield train station where we parked our car in a secure, under cover car park for the day at £5.50. The staff at the train station were very helpful in helping us get train tickets for the best possible price that would get us from Beaconsfield to Marylebone station, where we would access the underground to get to where we were heading. On return to the hotel for the night, we had a nice shower and another relaxing sleep before getting up for breakfast before heading back home. I would recommend this hotel for a stay near enough to visit London. The price was very reasonable.

Standard premier inn but in the area we are in the room and corridors smell strongly of damp. Bedroom window open, presumably to try and get rid of smell, Not pleasant. Ask for room On a higher level or pick a different premier inn. Corridors tired.

We had a fantastic 5 nights stay here. Staff from we arrived were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Only small issue, if you get ultimate WiFi and their internet doesn’t work you don’t get any help or refund. That was just the only issue in what was a fantastic stay. Have to mention the cleaning staff who are first class. Just one other point which is not the staffs fault, if you have children and you are staying or eating in the restaurant, keep them with you! Running around the corridors screaming and shouting was unacceptable

My wife and I always book a premier inn for the night when returning to the UK prior to driving home next day. The hotels and locations are ideal for our requirements

I had booked 2 double rooms and they were both freezing cold on already what was a cold day. Went to reception who advised they could reset from there and if it didn't work they could give us a radiator. One room heated up and one didn't, back to reception to obtain a heater, on plugging it in it blew the electrics. Back down to reception again and the room was changed. We had to ask for an extra towel as only one large one provided and was questioned if I had booked a double room which I had. Also found a long black hair on the towel which was noticed immediately on entering the bathroom.

Nice comfy beds, clean and nice bathroom and very convenient location. Staff were helpful and responded to all our demands kindly.

Staff were friendly and helpful on check in. BUT...the room is an absolute sauna with no opening windows at all so no way too cool it down. Worst nights sleep any of us have had in a long time.
