酒店在歐洲來説房間算大，房間裏面很乾凈，服務要打電話去前台，就𠕇服務員及時提供服務。早餐還不錯，如果不包早餐，自己花十歐左右就可以享用早餐了。整體感覺還不錯，性價比高。是一個可以值得信賴的酒店。

I've stayed here a few times, but certainly top class from meeting to greeting, an act of kindness found waiting for me in the room, to the dinner and breakfast. Great shout out to Duncan, who was impressive, attentive and highly professional. The food was great and it was just very good to chill and relax.

Always happy to stay here, always good service and a pleasant stay. I have been served by Duncan regularly and is always friendly to chat with. I am up regularly for business and its a very convient place to stay with its central location. Very good.

Excellent service from all the staff especially Emma who went out of her away to take care of us, Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were very supportive and accommodating to our specific needs and were able to support all requests.A very pleasent stay,

Don't be put off by the lack of free parking, after 6pm till 9am was less than 3 quid at the car park next door. Very courteous and efficient staff, nice rooms, nice building in a nice wee town. Duncan in the restaurant is an absolute credit to them.

The hotel was Clean, tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a good range of food served by Duncan. Would stay here again..............................................................................................

Excellent stay and well located. Rooms were comfortable and was a good nights stay. Would stay again for sure. We stayed when using East Midlands Airport and proved to be good value for a night and easy access to airport. Can recommend for anyone using airport.
