The lady at the check-in desk was very rude and kind of destroyed the experience (ironically, her title was "guest experience maker"). The room and breakfast were nice.

People hanging around vehicles outside. A lot of indoor Foot traffic of non staying people. Side doors propped open. Did not feel safe. Vehicle was being walked around by individual and worker seeemed to not care. Also seemed to not want to work or be at the job not very friendly ignored me for 15 minutes as I stood at the desk ringing bell.

Called the desk to get the lights in the room fixed and she said sorry we dont have light bulbs. Went down for b-fast and THE FRONT DOOR was Broken open! we were freezing, asked about the door and got a shrug. Customer service needs training and repairs need to be addressed at the time of need! Glad it was only one night. The beds were very uncomfortable!

This used to be a nice place to stay. It seems to have gone downhill. The front desk worker was not at all friendly. Several items do not function. Our room only has one bath towel and the bottle of shampoo is half full. Won’t be staying here again.

The place was very good and convenience for us who rented a car.
If you need to stay in a place near denver this is a good option
Breakfast was just simple but hey thats based on the night cost.
The staff was super friendly.

When arriving to our room our beds were not made and bathroom was not clean. Staff set us to another room where we found food in the refrigerator and bathroom not cleaned. Was sent to a third room to find it very dusty and walls dirty. House phone did not work so we had to go down to the lobby every time to speak to staff. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I should get a refund of some kind
