Hotel was fantastic. Just never use trip.com to book it. They made experience terrible.

It was clean and comfortable. Street noises were audible. The electrical jack for phones didn't work.

Had to change rooms 3 times. I accepted my 4th room which was average to poor—very old, run down with blood stain on my mattress (however these sheets were clean.)
The breakfast was very limited, but some seemed to enjoy the ready to make pancakes.
It was noisy until 12-1 on weekend nights.
The staff was very friendly and the check-in process was fast.

The rooms were adequate. Comfy bed and pillows, good heat/ac. Shower head was hanging out of a broken wall but it had good pressure. Bad shampoo/conditioner, bring your own. Breakfast was constantly out of food and coffee and there was only one person working. Pancake machine was broken having trouble. Limited food options for Breakfast included bagels/pancakes/muffins/cereal/yogurt, no protein or hot items other than pancakes. The outside of the hotel was run down and the were homeless people on the property asking for help. The price and location were great and I would stay there again because it has all the basic requirements for a hotel and it was very affordable. Noisy street out front but HVAC fan muted the noise.

The walls were super thin. Every day we were woken up or kept awake by the noise of the people in the rooms above us or walking around the outside. In a better not the room we clean. Bed made a ton of noise as if the springs in it were broken.

Room was very spacious. Balcony was a nice surprise. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, distilleries. Loved that there was no carpeting! The entryway to the room could use some lighting.

Didn’t end up staying there any nights and canceled my room right after getting it because at first they sent us to a room that was dirty. Then they sent us to a room that had cigarette butts under the pillows and toilet falling apart when we got there. We had to wait in the lobby for 15 minutes. The lady worked in the front desk was not there because she was dealing with people breaking into units, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had

Front desk check in was great! Very friendly and helpful young man. Room was clean but shower needed sprayer holder fixed(room 107). Very convenient for food and concert at Yum Center. Would stay again….great value!

Room due for a remodel. You have to tell them you want room service for multi day stays. Require a $100 deposit. Charge you to park in their own parking lot.
