Staff were friendly & helpful, and the room was clean & very nicely furnished and supplied. (Except for herbal tea -- but a staff member brought me more when I asked.)

The property was well maintained and extremely clean for our visit with family. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning which offered a variety of items.

This hotel is very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had lots of options and was delicious! While the staff who checked us in wasn’t the friendliest or most helpful, those who were there in the morning were kind and friendly and answered a couple of questions we had. This hotel is the perfect place for a UL football game and we’ll be staying here again next year.

We stayed 3 days. The location was close to Churchill Downs. The staff never came in and cleaned the room. We had to ask for more towels. The Wednesday Social Hour was not very nice.

The place was super nice. Wednesday evening meet and greet was nice. We stayed here to be close to church Hill downs. Excellent place..so close. Room was absolutely wonderful and people complained about the airport being so close. It was not a big deal. We got in a bit early andvthey let us check in right away. Totally recommend this hotel.

this hotel was amazing room was larger then I expected loved the fact that you got a full size ref. not a small one like most hotels that you stay at. Kitchen had all the pots ad pans and all dishes. room was big enough to put about 2 0r 3 more queen size beds and there was even a sofa
