En pèlerinage avec des jeunes au service des malades, nous n'avons pas été satisfait de notre séjour : accueil déplorable, manque de respect envers le groupe, personnel désagréable... odeur d'égout dans salle de bain, lumière défectueuse, armoire qui ne ferme pas, aucune écoute et communication possible. Et pour terminer, nous avons dû nous contenter de nuggets et chips car nous avions fait part de notre mécontentement. Quant au confort, salon vieillot, oreiller réparé avec du scotch. Honteux.

Stanza prenotata per 2 e troviamo una tripla dove lo spazio era limitatissimo da non poter aprire L ‘armadio. , letti mai rifatti . Bagno senza tovagliette e senza bagno schiuma, nessuno che parlava italiano. Wi-fi inesistente. Senza aria condizionata e la finestra senza retina. Esperienza negativa

Les chambres sont très propres, les gérants professionnels et accueillants, les repas ont été appréciés. Jolie salle de repas et joli patio avec une magnifique Saya. Nous conservons cette adresse pour un retour à Lourdes.

La excelente atención del personal, en especial Stephan. Es un hotel sencillo pero la amabilidad de todos hace la estancia una delicia. Solicitamos un cambio de habitación y nos la proporcionaron sin problema. Todo lo que solicitamos fue atendido con gran diligencia.

Hotel que cumple las expectativas. No es de mucho lujo, pero bien de limpieza, bien de limpieza y un correcto desayuno continental. Amabilidad del recepcionista y buena comunicación a pesar de no dominar el castellano. Como pega, el aparcamiento, un tanto alejado y cuesta arriba. Pero al igual que el resto de hoteles de la zona. Ligeramente algo ruidoso. Buena ubicación.

Cette hôtel est bien situé, pas loin de la Basilique, prions pour qu’un miracle ai lieu pour cet établissement, on appelle ça un hôtel ? sans blague, les lits ne sont pas faits, les poubelles non vidées. Le restaurant n’en parlons pas c’est plus un cantine scolaire qu’autre chose. Le meilleur miracle que l’on puisse espérer c’est que cet établissement ferme, et je suis gentil.

Un hôtel simple où l'on se sent bien. L'accueil à notre arrivée a été très sympathique et très précis. La literie était correcte et le petit déjeuner simple mais il ne manquait rien. Pour une courte étape cet établissement est à recommander.
