We loved your staff - especially Valorie and Maxime. Thru were full of advice, smiles and laughs. The room was clean and confortable. They held our luggage after checkout until we needed to leave. We’re very accommodating to my mother who needed assistance and ordered a taxi for our way out to the bus.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! It is a 3 star hotel but seemed like a 4 star :) Maxime and Geraldina in Reception were so kind, and helpful with our questions, arranging taxis, and advice about Lourdes. The rooms were lovely, the window opened, and the shower had the luxury rain shower head. The bathroom mirror had lighting for putting on make up. The bed was very comfortable, and the linens and towels were high quality. It was very quiet (other than one night the party on the street got a bit loud). I appreciated the reading light next to the bed and the coffee service in the room. The bar area in the lobby was spacious, and there was outdoor seating as well. It was a short walk to the cathedral, but not too close so the crowds were not impacting our stay. There was a small market across the lower street for snacks and beverages. Highly recommend!

Nothing about this hotel was appealing. Loud noise from the street and rooms above. A terribly hard bed a step above sleeping on the floor. We were an hour early for check in, told the room was ready, but they would charge us $30€ for that hour. We came back later. We reserved dinner as it was easy, and they upsold us breakfast (my mistake to accept). Then they seated us in a hallway next to the food rubbish and dirty dish cart. When I protested, they moved us to a lousy smaller cafeteria room, as all the good seating was reserved for groups/tours, although a family who checked in after us was seated. The food was atrocious! I knew it was a buffet, but it was the worst buffet I have ever eaten. Pure garbage. Avoid this rat trap at all costs. We saw several nicer hotels I should have booked on our walk to the Shrine.

The people were so helpful especially the Msnager on duty on Sunday. She went above and beyond and spoke great English! They went above and beyond by allowing us to park our car right there. (I believe we paid $20). To get to the shrine we took their elevator down to the next street level and proceeded to walk to the shrine entrance.

I had a very good time staying at the hostel. The room was very clean, comfortable and there is a lot of privacy too. The staff was very kind. I have visit a lot of hostels and I can truly say that this one is on top of my favourites. I would suggest to everyone to try this experience

The food was excellent, thank so much to the chef for the nice buffets, lunch and dinner You have 3 buffets different The fish was so good and fresh, the preparation of the meat delicious Excellent restaurant the team at the restaurant was appreciate Nice teams 🙏

Quiet, clean and well equipped. The reception staff is exceptionally kind, helpful and professional. The hostel room is clean, the bathroom big and clean, and the location is in a very pretty part of the town. In my opinion, it was a very pleasant experience!

Great staff, great location. Highly recommend if you are coming to lourdes and looking for a hostel I stayed as part of the Camino. Actually; it was the beginning for me, so I was very nervous. My French isn’t very good. But I slept well and the staff put my mind at ease

Excellent hotel!! The St. Rose is beautifully decorated. My room was stunning, very modern and comfortable with a great balcony. Extremely quiet given that the Sanctuary is only a 3-minute walk and perfectly situated to locate amenities (bus stop, shops, cafes, restaurants). The staff are just wonderful, they really couldn't do enough to make my stay as comfortable as possible. A special thank you to Valarie for the warm welcome...Such a delight!! I have stayed in many of the hotels in Lourdes when I worked there as a Tour Representative so I would highly recommend the St. Rose for comfort, value for money and a warm welcome. I will certainly be booking into the beautiful St. Rose again on my next visit. Thank you to all the staff who made me feel at home!!
