🌟 Excellent Stay at Hotel Lutetia – Perfect Location & Comfort! 🌟 We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lutetia in Lourdes. The location is absolutely unbeatable—just a few steps away from the train station, making arrival and departure incredibly convenient. The rooms were impressively spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. Everything felt fresh and tidy, and the modern elevator access made it easy to move around, especially with luggage. Another big advantage is the location—within easy reach of the Grotto and the Basilica, which made our visits smooth and stress-free. There are also plenty of great places to eat nearby, so you’re never short of dining options. What truly stood out was the friendliness of the staff. They were welcoming, helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a superb hotel that offers comfort, convenience, and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lourdes!

Przyjazność pracowników na recepcji pozostawia życzenia, pozostawiają gości czekających i ignorujących je, gdy nie muszą nic robić. Z drugiej strony, bar pracownicy byli bardzo przyjaźni. Śniadanie było miłe w porównaniu z paroma lat temu.

Hotel ma doskonałą lokalizację, w centrum miasta i blisko wszystkich atrakcji Lourdes. Kolejną zaletą jest niski koszt pokoju. Hotel mieści się w starym budynku, stąd jego cechy charakterystyczne to skrzypiące podłogi i cienkie ściany oraz słaba izolacja akustyczna. Nasz pokój nr 24 był najtańszy i znajdował się na drugim piętrze. Można było wjechać na górę małą windą. Pokój sam w sobie jest bardzo prosty, został odnowiony dawno temu. Główną wadą jest brak okna na ulicę. Podczas rezerwacji podano „widok na miasto”, ale nasze okno wychodziło na podwórko o wymiarach 2x2 m ze świetlikiem, a okno sąsiadów było oddalone o 2 metry. Do pomieszczenia nie dostaje się świeże powietrze i nie ma wystarczającej ilości światła. W efekcie unosił się nieprzyjemny zapach starości, w nocy trudno było spać. Łóżko jest wygodne, pościel czysta. Prysznic działał normalnie, ale umywalka była zatkana. Hotel nadaje się na maksymalnie jedną noc dla tych, którzy są w stanie znieść hałas i brak wentylacji.

Outst!.anding experience in Lourdes - relates to very first day - my daughter & self walking towards sanctuary, and really looking forward to so much. I volunteer each year , but my daughter was never there before & at her suggestion we stayed in Ibis. Was v pleased with location for starters and we could go down steps & towards Grotto. However suddenly lady tapped me on shoulder to warn me that my bag open - back pack which I bought for trip. Immediately I knew - I would never leave a back pack open/ Panic set in quickly & I found all my walled, bank cards & mobile phone - so my good sense left me too & I just turned around and back to IBis. Up in my room I did not have a phone , but was too upset & just knew straight to police. With that - knock on door. It was Christophe from reception. He had got a call from a shop - St Joseph's under bridge entering San Michelle gates. My little holder with all my bank cards, details, my mobile, any cash also. So we quickly rushed down there to be handed my wallet & phone. They were such a sweet couple. Cash was taken but thank Our Lady the cards remained. I could not say enough about Christophe & Nathalie. They really cared & I did not need police. So I could only say IBIS staff were wonderful. People is the reason for going back to Lourdes and the bad ones drive everyone away. So I am voting for your staff on that account

Tres bel hôtel idéalement situé en face de la gare, accès direct au bus sanctuaire et aéroport. Beau jardin, piscine chambre impeccable. Le restaurant est  bon avec mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner (gargantuesque).

Location is uphill, 600 meters close to the centre but manageable to walk to all attractions. Room is clean, but no air conditioning, I arrived during the peak of hot weather with temperature of 37 degrees.  At night you can hear other guests from the other room.

The hotel is at the other end of the action ( activities , eateries, and shopping. A good 10 minutes walk to the action area. The room is rather small for two to move freely. We let each other pass as the space is for two mid size person. The shower was somewhat ' tickling ' , the control of the water temperature was a challenge. Breakfast is 9 euros, per pax, which is basic continental ( no ham and eggs ), which is convenient for early riser as other eateries start 8ish. Luggage storage is allowed. Checkout time was allowed at 11am ( specified at 10 am). The staff were helpful and pleasant. Overall stay for us is pleasant although I dislike the shower.

Highly recommended! Aparthotel Lorda impressed us with its exceptional cleanliness and the warm, friendly service from the reception staff. They made us feel at home throughout our stay. A truly pleasant and comfortable experience in Lourdes! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hôtel très agréable et un bon rapport qualité prix L’hôtesse d’accueil était très agréable et sympathique elle nous a très bien conseillé pour les divers services et activités autour de notre dame de lourdes Le petit déjeuner était sommaire mais parfait pour le prix Nous étions 3 et la chambre appartement était très spacieux je recommande vivement l’endroit et encore merci à l’hôtesse d’accueil

We just wanted a place to sleep and store our bags while we participate in the activities of the grotto. So it was just the right place for us. Please just hire a receptionist who can understand English because there was confusion as to the booking because the male receptionist can't understand English and we can't speak French.
