Despite the renovations, all was great. The only negative worth mentioning were the absolutely horrible pillows which were like mush.

Check in was quick. The hotel is convenient to travel and restaurants.

Hotel was very clean and served a nice breakfast. The only complaint I have is you can hear everything at night when trying to sleep.

We booked 2 rooms and both were decent. The hair dryer in one of the rooms was not usable with some sticky stuff all over it. Otherwise rooms seemed to be clean and staff in hotel was friendly. Breakfast was included into room’s price and food selection was good.
I would stay there again.

Family trip to Hershey Park and stayed here the last 2 years.
1st, the staff… In todays climate, It’s very nice to see employees take pride in their job and provide stellar customer service. They were all very friendly and accommodating to anything and everything needed.
2nd, the rooms… Very clean. Beds are comfortable. Fridge and microwave are great! Family of 6 so heating up hibachi leftovers one day saved me about $100!!
3rd, pool & hot tub… very clean area. Kids absolutely love it. a lot of time to swim being open from 7am to 10pm.
4th, breakfast… their breakfast buffet is top notch!! Eggs, meats, waffle maker, pastry’s, oatmeal/cereal, etc… you cannot beat it. It’s worth the stay just for this! Again, a family of 6, staying 2 nights here saves me $150.
Overall, we are very pleased with this hotel and can’t wait to return next year!!

Good location near lots of restaurants and highways. We were there for a soccer tournament with a dozen 11-year old boys. We didn't like that a homeless person was camped out very close to the property for both nights but understand the hotel may not be able to do anything about it. Staff was very friendly but there seemed to be some technical issues with rooms and a big renovation is beginning soon it seems. If not for the friendly and helpful staff i'd be more bothered by some of the inconveniences, but really it was clean and fine - although dated. I'm sure that's why they are beginning to renovate. The free breakfast was a nice way for the families to start the day.

All my provided towels were used on the wet floor due to shower curtains don’t close properly and too. Small. This is why I had to leave the towels on floor bc of all the water flying out of control to the bathroom floor. Not to worry because my cloth s were on the floor and soaked up a lot of water. Thanks. FYI.. all the shower curtains are too small and improperly installed. Thanks
