Always fun here to stay, meet up with amazing people tour with beautiful location everything is amazing from this hostel..

Great hostel especially for this price. You should definitely book it in Luang Prabang if you’re a solo traveler on a budget. Although Mad Monkey has a reputation of party hostel, I slept well and weren’t disturbed by any sounds because bar in the hostel shut down at 11pm.
Female dorm was nice and clean. There are curtains for each bed, hair dryer in the bathroom, you can also rent a towel.

Looks like a great place for young travelers on bikes. Out of the city center you must get a ride. Lots of people in sa room but comfy. Staff is very nice.

I didn’t make any travel plans, so I went directly to Luang Prabang after reading a vocabulary. When I was picking up my train ticket in Xishuangbanna, I met a girl. She said she booked the Mad Monkey Hotel and said it only cost about 40 yuan. I checked the website and it was more than 80yuan. I went to the waterfall the next day and my phone ran out of battery. When I came back, the price was 117, which was similar to the price of a single room in the hotel, but I didn't change accommodation. Although it is more expensive than any youth hostel I have stayed in before, it feels good, the staff is very welcoming, and it is convenient to eat and drink. I also rented a scooter for two days for $9.27 per day. Once my motorcycle broke down, they replaced it for me. When I left, the hotel owner called a car for me and we went to the airport . Thanks to the boss and staff for letting me see the passion of the Laotian people.

青旅天花板的存在！網上看圖片，看到床不錯就決定定了。預訂前看了挺多評論，你們嘴真是嚴！
1，女士間的床位1.2米！很寛，床墊也是很厚的！以前在國外住的青旅，就差讓你直接睡牀板了！
2，房間很大，儲物處多！12個人的房間，一點也不擠，每個人都有一個可放行李箱的鐵櫃子，可上鎖。床位上也有兩處可放置小包、隨身包的地方，還有兩排可放洗漱用品的置物架，床尾有可伸縮的大鏡子可化粧。床墊一週還有很大的空間可放衣服！可能考慮過在這裏長住的人比較多，收納空間多！
3，洗漱馬桶三區分離，桌面非常乾淨整潔、清爽。廁所間還有紙巾，沒有臟亂差！我這種氣味敏感的人都沒有聞到什麼怪味，青旅有好好在搞衞生！洗澡間的水量也比較大。
4，有游泳池！！！！那麼多評論居然沒有一個人提過！青旅的價格，酒店的配套設施！我們第二天離開的時候，遇到同胞才知道二樓有泳池！退房前上去躺了十幾分鍾，真不錯，難怪老外晚上一躺就是一排一晚上，聊天喝酒看星星！因為這個青旅，我都會再來，太適合發呆！
5，位置還行，鬧中取靜吧。整個琅勃拉邦城區就不大，熱鬧的就兩個地方，夜市和洋人街那邊，青旅的位置就是從鬧區拐過來的兩條小馬路。走過去15～20分鐘左右，晚上不結伴不要出去，一片黑，鬧區晚上9點後也顯得蕭條，馬路上燈光暗。
6，住宿環境不錯，床位是12個人，潑水節的時候住了大概8～10床，房間裏大家挺安靜，洗漱就在房間裏，大家都是錯峯出行，倒也沒有排隊過。青旅門口有一塊公共區域，晚上會放音樂，很多人在那聊天喝酒，房間能聽到一些，聲音敏感的人要帶耳塞。早上也會有雞鳴。
7，服務配套還不錯。工作人員不會太熱情，衹是個青旅。有問必答，回答也比較詳細，也沒感覺到之前説的歧視什麼，就正常交流。青旅有一些周邊景點的拼車，比如關西瀑布等，可以提前跟酒店約。我們退房那天上午就一車突突車的人10點半去關西瀑布。
8，這裏入住的老外，年輕人居多，大家一起拼着玩，順便練練語言，挺好！
