Third time staying at La Quinta and it gets better every time! I attended their breakfast in the morning and was blown away! Big spread of food and make your own waffles! Waffles are my go to and making them fresh in front of my eyes was wonderful! A great experience!

This is appears to be a new property very nice and clean. Quiet and an enjoyable stay much better than the other one I stayed at in the Lubbock area.

Would have been nice for information as to places to eat. The front desk person stated there may be somewhere on the loop. Area restaurants should leave info for guests … we went to breakfast and there were no forks. My husband asked at the front desk; she stayed I guess we are out. The breakroom attendant did not come out of the back room to clean tables. I stepped into the back room and asked if he could clean off a table for us. He was texting on his phone. Moved slower than molasses.

Was sold a room that sleeps 5 but given a 2 queen room. It is clean and basic. Nothing special but also not bad for what it is. Our friends paid less for same room. Breakfast dining tables were all dirty and had to clean one ourselves before sitting down to eat. 2 of our 4 are gluten free and there weren't many options other than bacon, eggs and yogurt. Coffee only has flavored creamers and ice machines were hit or miss. Soda machine in dining area was out of service as well. Only juice and coffee available at breakfast. For the price it was just OK. I paid extra for a room that sleeps 5 and got a room that sleeps 4. Line at front desk was too long and we were too tired to wait and try to fix.

Dirty sheets (stained) - was really gross. I had to call manager to arrange for clean sheets. Shower busted, no water pressure. Busted thermostat. Noisy, there was banging sounds coming from the room next door. Will not likely be staying here again.

The desk gave other guests keys to our room which they used and scared my wife coming into our room yesterday evening after 7pm.

The room was everything I expected, however I requested an accessible room as I have a broken leg. The shower and access within the room was fabulous but why are 'accessible' rooms located upstairs at the end of a long hall??? That's a lot of 'Crutching It!'
