Very nice motel. Renovated rooms are clean and the accessible rooms are fully ADA accessible. Comfy bed, good A/C, plenty ice. Coffee available 24/7. Wonderful breakfast with eggs, sausage gravy biscuits, waffles, cereal, muffins, juice, yogurt, bananas, toast. Will definitely stay again.

I booked this room for one night on Saturday 9/16/23.I was in town for a game. The room was disgusting it had ***** hair in the tub, yellow stains all over the sheets & comforter. S*X stains on the sheets and the room smelled like mildew. the carpet was wet by the a/c unit. I complained to the manager Ashley and asked for a refund only to be told i would not be getting a refund & she had no number to higher up (corporate)for me to call and then she hung up in my face . I got on google myself and found a Choice Hotel number to complain on her and be accommodated. . If you're in the area do not book this disgusting hotel!!! And the manager Ashley has no customer service skills!! She's very rude……. I see my review was deleted previously because i had added pictures so I’m gonna post my review with and without the pictures on every site they have.

We stayed here on our Big 2022 Road Trip. We were looking for a nicer place than just a basic motel after a month on the road, and we picked the Quality for a balance between luxury and price. The place has seen a few years and isn't shiny-new, but the room was just fine, the staff friendly and accommodating, and breakfast wasn't lavish but satisfactory. Overall a happy suite stay.

The food and staff were great. I did notice that other reviewers from 2020 said the ice machine was not working on the first floor...well as of 10-22-2022 it is still not working. The room i was staying in (120) smelled strongly of mold; it had a musty smell to it that hit you in the face as soon as you walked in along with a high humidity. I stayed three nights and by the second night my throat was feeling irritated and i just started feeling unwell as i am sensitive to mold. The ac unit had mold growing on it along with mold growing on the bathroom sink. The bathroom did not have a fan. The fridge and microwave did work. The water was hot in the shower. The wifi did give me some issues and wouldn't connect; i had to call the front desk so they could reset it. Once they reset it it worked. Would I stay again? maybe, if i could get a room that didn't make me sick.

We stayed at this hotel for one night during a road trip. The room allocated was dirty with crumbs on the floor and someone had laid on the made bed. We complained and were moved to another room, which was better. Richard the staff member that helped us was excellent. I think the cleaning staff need to do their job properly and have it checked by a supervisor before signing off. This would improve this hotel.

I stay here twice a week for the last two years. The rooms are consistently clean and hotel is managed very well. I find the staff to be exceptional. They cater to the guests Comfort. I have recommended this place to friends and family
